We’re seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to bring TinySPL’s vision to life and share it with the world. In this role, you will lead all aspects of our marketing efforts, from crafting a compelling strategy and brand narrative to executing high-impact campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. You’ll take ownership of content creation, channel management, and partnerships, ensuring our message resonates across the global web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in growth marketing and a deep understanding of the unique dynamics of the web3 space.
About Tiny SPL
Tiny SPL is a cutting-edge protocol designed to address the unique challenges of rent on Solana through "state compression." This breakthrough has significantly reduced blockchain data storage costs, positioning Tiny SPL as a pivotal player in the Solana landscape. Our mission is to enhance blockchain efficiency and accessibility, empowering developers and users within the ecosystem. Our innovative zkNFT technology won first place at the ZK Compression sidetrack at the Solana Radar Hackathon, and garnered support from top thought leaders in Solana.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, narrative, and positioning for TinySPL
- Design and execute innovative campaigns across our channels to drive awareness, engagement and adoption of TinySPL's technology and products
- Collaborate with the product development and community team to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates
- Work with partners, KOLs, and industry connections to maximize the exposure and amplification of these campaigns
- Oversee social media presence and strategies.
- Develop and oversee content calendar and produce high-quality, relevant, engaging material to grow our following and exposure across various channels, including Twitter and Discord
- Bring humor and creativity to the table by incorporating memes and humorous elements into our content
- Recruit and manage relationships with KOLs and influencers to drive user engagement and conversion
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in growth or marketing with a solid understanding of the web3 space and a pulse on the landscape
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills, capable of creating engaging content and fostering cross-cultural connections
- Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Self starter, doesn’t need to be told what to do
- Ability to work remotely, with a flexible schedule accommodating global time zones
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to change quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
