Tally (withtally.com) is hiring our first marketing role, based in New York City. We are looking for a marketing lead who can keep Tally in the Web3 zeitgeist.
We don't do any paid marketing. Instead, DAOs and Web3 run on Twitter, Discord, and in-person conferences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicating Tally's value proposition to Web3 users, whether they are new to the space or grizzled veterans
- Helping the product and design teams keep in sync on Tally's product positioning
- Running in-person events once every month or two, both locally in NYC and also at crypto conferences around the world
- Sharing all the cool stuff happening in the space, both inside Tally and outside it, on twitter
- Wordsmithing the occasional bit of copy for Tally's app, landing page, or documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent in-person and written communicator
- Someone who is comfortable organizing and owning in-person events
- Generalist who is comfortable with managing both an in-person and online presence
- Gracious teacher
- Enthusiastic learner
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with crypto concepts like DAOs, Web3, and NFTs
- A mean meme game
- Startup experience
