Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with deep experience in crypto, fintech, or digital asset investment marketing, particularly around real-world asset (RWA) strategies designed for institutional and accredited investors seeking stable, yield-generating opportunities.
This is a high-impact role that blends hands-on growth marketing with strategic GTM ownership. You will be responsible for architecting, executing, and optimizing customer and investor acquisition funnels across multiple digital channels. You will design data-backed campaigns, run structured A/B testing experiments, and iterate continuously based on measurable performance outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical marketing acumen, understands how to translate RWA and DeFi products into clear investor value, and thrives on improving conversion rates and acquisition metrics through disciplined testing and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and investor programs, from positioning and messaging to launch and growth
- Build and manage paid advertising strategies across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Web3-native platforms to drive investor and customer acquisition
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine A/B and multivariate testing programs across ads, landing pages, and funnel steps to maximize CTR, CAC efficiency, and LTV
- Create, analyze, and iterate high-performance ad creatives and messaging frameworks that resonate with institutional and retail investors
- Set up robust tracking infrastructure using UTM tagging, pixels, and event tracking to attribute conversions accurately across the funnel
- Partner with sales and BD teams to align marketing efforts with lead scoring, pipeline health, and revenue goals
- Develop and maintain detailed performance dashboards using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Looker Studio to visualize results and insights
- Lead experiments that test variations in audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative formats, and messaging to improve acquisition KPIs
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering to optimize user journeys from ad click to investment onboarding
- Maintain a strong understanding of RWA tokenization, yield mechanisms, and DeFi market positioning to ensure all marketing campaigns are both accurate and compelling
Requirements
- 4+ years of marketing or growth experience in crypto, fintech, or investment products
- Deep understanding of real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, DeFi, and yield-bearing crypto mechanisms
- Proven experience designing and executing data-driven A/B and multivariate testing programs
- Strong grasp of ad platforms, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and funnel analytics
- Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple channels with measurable ROI
- Expertise in tracking and attribution using tools like Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, or HubSpot
- Comfortable interpreting and presenting campaign performance metrics, CAC, ROAS, and LTV data to leadership
- Excellent copywriting and creative testing skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable next steps
- Skilled in funnel design, lead nurturing, and performance optimization across both Web2 and Web3 audiences
- Experience collaborating in distributed, async-first teams and communicating clearly across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing tokenized assets, DeFi yield products, or institutional-grade blockchain services
- Track record of scaling customer or investor acquisition programs with measurable growth outcomes
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in crypto or investment marketing
- Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Customer.io
- Contributions to open-source or Web3 ecosystem marketing projects
- Comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced startup or scaling environments
