Marketing Manager - Poland

Responsibilities:

• Grow our user base and increase awareness of the Binance brand in fun, creative and informative ways.
• Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth.
• Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
• Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities from A to Z, events, and campaigns to local audiences.
• Report on the effectiveness of campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Create social media strategy, run SM channels in a creative way and use them to engage users, grow the number of followers

Requirements:

• More than 3 years experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Execution-oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done
• Proven experience in growing and managing user base
• Proven media and influencer relationship skills
• Understanding of the Polish marketing industry and having industry relationships (journalists, top brands, media outlets, agencies etc.)
• A start-up mentality - not afraid to test out new ideas, roll up your sleeves to get stuff done
• Data-savvy, understands metrics of marketing but also ability to invent creative, out-of-the-box marketing campaigns 
• Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, independent and natural team player
• Ability to create compelling and creative copy, great writing & editing skills both in Polish and English
• Knowledge of recent social media and entertainment media trends Fluency in English, Polish native
