JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in developing e-Government systems, online public services, digital transformation platforms, and enterprise management systems, with high requirements for security, stability, and reliability.
- Develop Back-end applications using .NET / .NET Core, including API development, complex business logic and data processing, and system performance optimization.
- Participate in basic Front-end development using React/Vue/MVC or the existing framework used by the project, ensuring user-friendly interfaces and good performance.
- Work closely with Business Analysts (BA) to clarify requirements, provide technical feedback, and estimate development efforts.
- Collaborate with BA, QC, DevOps, and PM throughout the product design, development, and deployment lifecycle.
- Participate in basic code reviews and ensure compliance with the team’s coding standards. Troubleshoot issues, optimize the system after deployment, and continuously improve product stability and performance.
- Proactively research new technologies and leverage AI-powered coding tools to improve development efficiency.
- Write unit tests, fix issues identified during testing, and contribute to technical documentation. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in .NET / .NET Core development.
- Strong proficiency in API development, Entity Framework, and MS SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID principles, with practical knowledge of basic Design Patterns.
- No specific domain experience required.
- Basic Front-end development experience with React / Vue / MVC / TypeScript or equivalent technologies.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, with a basic understanding of UI/UX optimization.
- Strong logical thinking, quick learning ability, and a proactive working attitude.
- Good teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to proactively coordinate and resolve issues.
- High sense of responsibility and strong problem-solving mindset.
