Office Manager

We are looking for a full-time Office Manager to join our growing fintech in London.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the London office
  • Maintain office equipment and consumables; including maintaining all office stationery stocks, staff hardware ordering and tracking
  • Ordering new joiner equipment and having this shipped to remote workers
  • Working with couriers to collect company equipment from leavers
  • Ordering equipment for employees abroad on an ad hoc basis
  • Act as main contact for Building Facilities, including liaising with building management and contractors/suppliers of goods and services to the office
  • Maintain the condition of the office & arrange for necessary repairs
  • Booking travel arrangements as and when required
  • Booking external meetings, catering bookings, and arrangements, and support for the planning and delivery of staff events
  • Supporting exco with ad hoc tasks
  • Carrying out health and safety desk assessments for those on site as well as running remote assessments for those working from home
  • Write, review and update health & safety policies and ensure they are followed
  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to respond positively and proactively to colleagues and external contacts
