StarkWare is a successful, fast-growing five-year-old startup that solves the inherent problems of blockchains – scalability and privacy.

We use high-level math to develop scaling solutions that provide blockchain users with a secure, fast, and seamless experience.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Office Manager to manage the office's day-to-day needs across a wide range of areas. The role includes hands-on administrative responsibilities including assistance to the CEO and the President,  handling all flights and travel arrangements to employees, while also directly managing our office receptionist, internal housekeeping, and a variety of external suppliers and contractors. 

The Office Manager will report directly to Head of People. 

As Starkware’s Office Manager you will

  • Manage operational and financial tasks related to the day-to-day operations.
  • Operate onboarding/offboarding processes. 
  • Provide administrative service for company events, Happy Hours, off-sites, large meetings, and local activities.
  • Be fully responsible for all travel arrangements, including flight bookings,  accommodations, transportation as well as expense reimbursement reports
  • Provide required administrative support for the CEO & President
  • Manage the executive managers' calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Act as the main focal point for the cleaning team and maintenance contractors.
  • Provide and initiate support to ad-hoc special projects.
  • Be accountable for all administrative needs, services and welcoming atmosphere in the office.

Our ideal candidate has 

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the High-tech industry, preferably in startup companies
  • Have experience in using MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Willingness to work in a full-time position from the office, located in Natanya
