Operations Specialist (KZ)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit documents for regulatory approval of new tokens, products, and services.
• Work closely with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the platform's stability and reliability.
• Coordinate with the KYC team to ensure customer verification processes are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the wallet/clearing/ treasury teams to manage transactions, settlements, and liquidity management effectively.
• Partner with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns and new product offerings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new KYB-users throughout the onboarding process. Guide corporate users through the account setup process and work closely with the internal KYB and compliance teams.
• Manage relationships with current corporate clients through reconciliation of charged fees on transactions, filing all signed reconciliation and invoice documents, resolving any issues with manual depositing and withdrawal processes.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ directly related experience in an operations management role or other relevant roles.
• Graduate from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields.
• Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues.
• Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, often under minimal supervision.
• Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
• Experience in marketing campaigns or leading projects would be a plus.
