We're seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for millions of users exploring decentralized applications (dapps), tokens, NFTs, and Web3 technology. Responsibilities:
- Design responsive user interfaces for our web application, ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with our brand identity.
- Generate design concepts and wireframes based on provided briefs, transforming ideas into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Produce clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Conduct UX research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Run usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs for optimal user satisfaction.
- Evaluate design success through data analysis, including heatmaps and user behavior metrics.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to plan and achieve product goals.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure design integrity throughout development.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI and UX design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience in designing responsive interfaces for web applications.
- Strong understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to conduct UX research and apply findings to improve designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Passion for the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
- Experience working with and maintaining design systems.
- Located in European time zones (from UTC−01:00 to UTC+05:00).
