Product Lead

As a Product Lead/Sr Manager, you will be at the forefront of our GTM and product marketing efforts, owning the product roadmap, driving innovation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to penetrate as many submarkets as possible. With a proven crypto/tradfi background and a knack for decision-making in a dynamic environment, you will shape the future of crypto adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building scalable products in the B2B sector. You should also have a deep understanding and eye for UX. 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and Prioritize Product Features: Prioritize these features based on user research, market needs, technical constraints, and alignment with Entangle vision.
• Frontload and track work of the UX/UI team.
• Maintain and Update Product Roadmap: Regularly update the Entangle product roadmap to reflect current projects, future initiatives, and company objectives. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on roadmap changes.
• Collaborate Technically on Roadmap.
• Identify and Communicate Risks: Proactively identify project risks and roadblocks, and develop mitigation plans. Clearly communicate these risks to key internal stakeholders..
• Implement agile methodologies to adapt to changing requirements and to optimize workflow.
• Measure and Report Product KPIs: Set up and measure key performance indicators to assess the success of every product release. Report these metrics to internal teams and stakeholders, and use the data to inform future product development strategies.
• Lead go-to-market activities via coordinating internal stakeholders such as BD, marketing, etc.
• Deliver well thought-out product ideas with supporting information to get buy-in from internal stakeholders to prioritize product development.
• Use data and customer feedback to constantly improve our users’ experience.

What you’ll need:

• Proven track record of 3+ years of technical product management experience in fintech, crypto or web3.
• Hands-on personal experience with DeFi protocols (staking, farming, dapps, bridges etc.), ability to elaborate on how those scenarios work.
• Good understanding of blockchain and smart contract technologies.
• Deep knowledge of the modern crypto ecosystem and current market narratives.
