Product Manager, Crypto

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead key Crypto initiatives across custodial flows, crypto transfers, non-custodial wallets, and core crypto infrastructure. In this role, you will define strategy, drive execution end-to-end, and build seamless, secure, and scalable crypto experiences together with cross-functional teams. We’re looking for someone proactive, independent, and adaptable — who thrives in fast-moving environments where technology, regulation, and customer expectations evolve constantly. Responsibilities

• Drive new crypto business models and scale our crypto products - across Crypto-In/Out, Non-Custodial Wallet, custody, and the underlying infrastructure.
• Define, plan and execute alongside key stakeholders the long-term strategy and roadmap based on KPIs (Crypto-In, Wallet adoption, transfer success rate, time-to-settle) and in alignment with the company's vision.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, marketing, data analytics, customer service, operations, legal, and compliance - as well as external vendors (custodians, exchanges, on/off-ramp providers, KYT and on-chain analytics partners).
• Take products from inception to production, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery, monitoring and measuring impact, and acting fast when real customer funds are involved.
• Use AI as a core part of your daily workflow - for spec writing, data exploration, vendor documentation analysis, prototyping, and competitive research. We expect AI fluency as the floor, not the ceiling.
• Conduct data analysis, A/B tests and user research to identify pain points and develop data-driven solutions for our customers.
• Stay updated with the crypto landscape - emerging coins, networks (L1/L2), regulatory shifts (MiCA, Travel Rule, FCA), and competitor moves.
