Purpose:
This rare opportunity is for a growth-minded individual to join a fast-growing, exciting mission that will significantly impact the financial services industry and transform the lives of billions of people worldwide.
To support this mission, we are looking for a customer-obsessed, data-centric, experienced product manager with a passion for cryptocurrency to help define and drive the Coinme roadmap with compelling, innovative fintech solutions to solve customer pain points. This role requires excellent overall product management experience and direct experience with cryptocurrency products and services with large customer reach via mobile and web applications.
What Youâll Be Working On:
- Own the B2C, i.e. crypto wallet product line end-to-end, including, wallet experience, mobile app, payment methods - debit card, etc.
- Drive product management and development of Coinmeâs crypto wallet products
- Lead product pipeline, including the appropriate prioritization of new products and features
- Create and maintain product requirement documents leveraging customer analytics, business inputs, etc.
- Collaborate with program management to ensure product roadmap creation and completion of product tasks
- Strategically prioritize product recommendations and improvements based on customer needs, behavior, and expectations, i.e. data and analytics
- Be a subject matter expert on business, customers, product data, and market/trends
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Lead by influence, both inside and outside the company
What Weâre Looking For:Â
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the crypto and/or consumer fintech industry
- Track record of owning a product end-to-end. 0â1 and subsequent releases in an Agile environment, including prioritization, pipeline, etc.
- Have a deep understanding of B2C products, including crypto products, mobile apps with a large customer base, payment rails/methods, and their related compliance requirements
- Customer-focused with a deep passion for customer needs
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of product/product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, Amplitude, Datadog, and others
- Fluent in English
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $50,000 - $150,000 - based on experience and location
