A next generation social crowdfunding incubator: Decubate.com enables a bridge between traditional incubators and the blockchain ecosystem through a social crowdfunding incubator.

We believe the holy grail of blockchain innovation is Fractional ownership of all assets. The next digital revolution will be bigger than the internet had on assets when they became digitized 20 years ago.

Our mission exists out of three main components:

  1. A new pipeline of innovation: We aim to incubate traditional promising startups that have working products and can benefit from blockchain solutions.

  2. Empower users: Empower stakeholders by utilizing a true social incubator that connects innovators with investors, influencers, advisors, auditors, programmers, and more.

  3. Tokenize everything: Tokenize any asset through any blockchain. Decubate will operate interoperable with several blockchains with a long-term goal of allowing the tokenization of securities.

The Product Owner will be responsible for managing timelines and deliverables for our websites. This role includes working with an amazing team of engineers and designers to collect client feedback, implement usability enhancements, and support sales/marketing initiatives. In addition, this role works cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who is able to influence and shape the product lifecycle from strategy to implementation. This person should love user experience, blockchain, new technologies and have a design mindset.

Your role and impact:

  • Identify requirements for our products portfolio (platform, vesting and staking)
  • Translate requirements into deliverable technology specifications
  • Work closely with the team to create and manage product roadmaps; both short term and long term
  • Engage with the community to answer product-related questions
  • Collect feedback through user surveys and interviews

You have:

  • Previous experience working in software product management, ideally you have shipped a client-facing website in fintech or blockchain with complex underlying logic
  • Proven track record to work closely with designers, engineers and end users to translate design ideas into working prototypes
  • Set and deliver compelling product visions
  • Skilled at understanding complex problems and distilling them into simpler, straightforward descriptions
  • Experience with different blockchain technologies and products
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams, from presenting conceptual ideas to execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate up and down the organization and community
  • Predict potential issues in implementing designs and find the best solution
