Project Manager

Our mission is to accelerate cryptocurrency adoption and increase the freedom of money.If you’re looking for a fast-paced, mission-driven organization where opportunities to learn and excel are endless, then Binance is the place for you.We are looking for a project manager with previous experience in project planning, resource allocation, management presentations,  and follow-through execution of growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-team stakeholders. Daily work includes planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects for Binance France to make changes in operational setup in order to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan with timeline and prioritizations planning.
• Deliver and own the overall projects outcome with the respective business units.
• Require stakeholder management skill set, providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Improve or/and create new process frameworks in order to increase efficiency for business impacts.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Working Experience: 4-5 years of working experience, preferably in project management or tier 1 consultancy firm.
• Regulatory Knowledge: With experience and knowledge of financial regulations in France and compliance. Existing knowledge of MiCA is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Existing knowledge in crypto industry is a plus, especially in wallet and/or custody operation.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing and executing large scale projects. This involves resourcing, budgeting, timeline creation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
• Strategy Expertise: Ability to understand and translate regulatory requirements into product strategy and execution. 
• Analytical: Possesses strong analytical skills. Experience with impact assessment, requirement analysis, strategy development, and making data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to articulate complex regulatory concepts and challenges to a range of stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Adept at problem-solving, decision making, and conflict resolution.
