Tally is looking for someone who can build out Tally's nascent communications and publishing arm. In other words, we're hiring a communications lead.
We write, commission, and share on a lot of content, both written and recorded. We want to do even more! We want someone who can coordinate and amplify all the things we do. This position would involve helping out in-the-moment – like on Twitter – as well as thinking about the long-term tasks of building audiences on email, twitter, podcasts, or search engines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Communicating Tally's value proposition to Web3 users, whether they are new to the space or grizzled veterans
- Commissioning and editing articles, newsletters, podcasts, and interviews, both from Tally team members and external contributors
- Organizing the backlog of blog posts, newsletters, docs, wikis and podcasts to make it easy for newcomers – and search engines! – to find their way
- Sharing all the cool stuff happening in the space, both inside Tally and outside it, on twitter
- Wordsmithing the occasional bit of copy for Tally's app, landing page, or documentation
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent in-person and written communicator
- A bias toward action
- Gracious teacher
- Enthusiastic learner
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with crypto concepts like DAOs, Web3 and NFTs
- Previous experience working with an online publication, blog or podcast
- Startup experience. Or better yet, DAO experience!
