Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong technical background in blockchain, Web3, and DeFi, and hands-on experience with Uniswap or similar decentralized exchanges (Dexes). This role is crucial for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by identifying bugs, ensuring system reliability, and enhancing user experience across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA testing strategies for blockchain and DeFi applications.
- Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures to ensure robustness and performance of our products and services.
- Work closely with the development team to identify system vulnerabilities and areas for improvement, ensuring the security and efficiency of our applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in blockchain, Web3, and DeFi to anticipate and test for relevant challenges and opportunities.
- Use Uniswap or similar Dexes to understand and test the real-world application of our products, ensuring they meet user needs and industry standards.
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
- Monitor post-release updates to ensure that systems remain secure and efficient after deployment.
- Provide feedback to development teams on potential product enhancements or changes from a QA perspective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role, specifically within the blockchain, Web3, or DeFi sectors.
- Technical expertise in blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Hands-on experience with Uniswap or similar decentralized exchanges (Dexes) and an understanding of the user experience and potential issues faced by users.
- Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with development teams.
