As a Talent Coordinator specialising in Blockchain/Tech 🤓 - you will support our talent acquisition efforts by driving the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a friendly, and easy experience for our candidates.
Your day...
🔎 Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through advertising, social media and referrals. Screen applications to identify the best talent for our projects.
🧑💻 Interviews:Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates across multiple timezones for tech + marketing positions, to determine culture/technical fit.
🫰 Candidate Experience:Serve as the key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, answering inquiries, and assisting with onboarding of new hires.
📕 Resource Management:Proactively maintain accurate records of candidate information/pipeline, interview feedback and hiring metrics for continuous improvement.
Your background?
- Proven experience as a recruitment coordinator/administrator, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- Familiarity and passion for blockchain technology (little bit de-gen).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and self-manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - customer centric mindset, the ability to build strong relationships and think on the fly.
- Ability to thrive in a crypto pace environment, with a proactive/adaptable attitude.
