Referral and Affiliate Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize existing affiliate programs to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
• Launch new affiliate programs, expanding the affiliate network and reaching new partners.
• Collaborate internally with the data team to monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics.
• Deliver performance analysis and insights to affiliate account managers to inform strategic decisions.
• Set up and implement operational strategies for effective affiliate management, aligning with overall business goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate program performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Organize and coordinate feedback from affiliates regarding campaigns and products, evaluate potential optimizations, and execute necessary changes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the affiliate marketing space and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the crypto space.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing and operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred to be able to coordinate with overseas partners/stakeholders, managing global/regional Futures users and affiliates.
