This job opportunity is for a position within one of our teams. You will be directly employed by On The Spot and will collaborate closely with our partner companies, contributing to their product's journey.
About the team
Dexcelerate is a decentralized crypto trading platform offering real-time data, advanced automation, and non-custodial security. Since launching in August 2024, the platform has attracted 10,000 users and generated $90M in trading volume.
We are expanding our technical capabilities to support growth, enhance B2B integrations, and develop new automation tools.
As part of our expansion into B2B services, we are focusing on building APIs, SDKs, and white-label solutions that enable seamless integration with third-party platforms.
Responsibilities
- Implementing high performance trading platform backend services
- Designing secure and scalable APIs and SDKs
- Investigating performance bottlenecks and unwanted behavior in highly adversarial blockchain setting, online and post-mortem
- Encapsulating security-critical components within TEE enclaves
Requirements
- Staff-level engineering track record
- Proven experience of developing high performance applications in Rust and/or Golang
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols sufficient to implement precise transaction simulation
- Demonstrable knowledge of EVM and SVM eBPF operational semantics
- Knowledge of basic blockchain cryptography, such as signature schemes, Merkle trees, polynomial commitments
- Understanding of gas- and account abstraction
- Experience with bare-metal software deployments
Nice to have
- Experience in latency-sensitive applications, such as media streaming, online games and (especially) high frequency trading
- Prior exposure to early stage startup environments with high delivery velocity
- Good understanding of DeFi landscape
- Contributions to blockchain and cryptography related open source projects
- Competitive programming experience
