Responsibilities:

Lead front-end projects, ensuring high velocity, quality, and business impact.
Maintain active involvement in hands-on coding and architectural decisions.
Develop and enhance a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.
Manage and resolve technical debts, improve system designs, and address legacy system challenges.
Unite and motivate the team, ensuring alignment and cohesion.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development.
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with React or Vue is highly transferable to our internal framework.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a leadership role, particularly in managing mid-level and junior developers.
Proven track record in delivering greenfield projects and achieving key project milestones.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical work.
Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance.
