Senior Frontend Engineer - KYC Tech

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end projects, ensuring high velocity, quality, and business impact.
• Maintain active involvement in hands-on coding and architectural decisions.
• Develop and enhance a responsive, scalable, and secure platform.
• Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements.
• Manage and resolve technical debts, improve system designs, and address legacy system challenges.
• Unite and motivate the team, ensuring alignment and cohesion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with React or Vue is highly transferable to our internal framework.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely with flexible hours and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a leadership role, particularly in managing mid-level and junior developers.
• Proven track record in delivering greenfield projects and achieving key project milestones.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on technical work.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of code quality and system performance.
