Responsibilities

Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop product strategies for Financial Earn Product.
Identify user pain points and propose solutions that fit well with market demand, supported by data.
Analyze data and monitor the performance of the product post-launch, and formulate iteration plans.
Lead efforts by collaborating with tech teams such as engineers and designers to achieve set objectives.
Keep up to date with the latest trends around Financial Earn by constantly researching competitors and market demands.
Key focus on front-end interaction, user growth, and improving the conversion rate by optimizing user experience and implementing data-driven strategies.

Requirements

At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain industry.
Proficient in project management skills, exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectively.
Logical thinker with a talent for identifying and articulating rationale, assumptions, and risks.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a pro-active mindset.
Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of finance product and loans is an added advantage.
Growth Product experience is preferred.
Experience with data analytics platform such as Sensor Analytics is a good to have.
