Senior Sales Manager

POSITION & COMPENSATION:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for attracting and converting participants in order to support the successful launch of our Blockchain Track.

The position is fully remote, with flexible hours.

The salary is commission-based, with a more-than-generous percentage on each deal closed. The more deals you close, the more you earn.

Initial contract will last for 3 months, with possible extensions and incentives based on the performance.

INITIAL TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

  1. Prepare, execute and measure a successful, long-term Sales strategy and pipeline for the inQubator Program together with the CEO.
  2. Identify and build a list of potential leads (startups, developers, entrepreneurs, ...)
  3. Prioritize and approach potential applicants (through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, etc)
  4. Track, monitor and report conversion and success rate of all sales activities.
  5. Grow our ecosystem by identifying and negotiating relevant partnerships, and opening untapped channels.

MUST HAVEs:

  1. At least** 3 years of Senior experience in Sales**. The inQubator Program is for earliest-stage startups, therefore experience in tech is mandatory - ideally in EduTech, with Incubators/Accelerators or related programs.

  2. The Blockchain Track is focused exclusively on Startups using a crypto/blockchain component in their business - therefore, the successful candidate needs to understand at high-level concepts such as decentralization, consensus, tokenomics etc.

  3. A leader and a hustler - a self-driven professional comfortable in taking responsibilities and determined to succeed.

  4. Native or Native-level English speaker.

  5. Good project management skills, data-driven and comfortable with performance metrics.

  6. Candidates from UK/EU/US will be strongly preferred.

GOOD TO HAVE:

  1. Experience in, and understanding of the crypto-space.
  2. Previous experience as Founder, Cofounder or fundraiser of a Startup.
  3. Existing network of Startups, Founders, Executives, Developers, etc.
