The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top-tier talent across the globe. This is a full-time position open to qualified candidates in multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of top talent for current and future roles across multiple departments by leveraging boolean searches, advanced sourcing techniques, and creative networking/events to locate and engage passive candidates.
- Research target companies, market trends, and candidate availability in specific industries to inform talent acquisition strategies.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements and nuances of executive roles fully.
- Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate data, and hiring metrics to track progress and drive improvements in the talent sourcing process.
- Analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate efficiency and outcomes, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Effectively manage candidate relationships through the sourcing, interview, and offer stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in in-house executive search teams or executive search agencies.
- 5+ years of experience in executive sourcing or talent acquisition specifically focused on sourcing senior/executive-level candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing for critical roles in diverse industries such as technology, finance, crypto, or other specialized sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage high-level talent.
- Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
- Strong team player with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments and with external candidates.
