What you'll do

• Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
• Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
• Qualifying candidates for competency and cultural fit
• Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
• Managing multiple candidate channels including referrals, advertising and other campaigns
• Working with HR Business partners on some internal processes
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring criteria, align on industry standard and the needs of the organization

What we expect from you

• 5+ years sourcing and recruitment experience for a tech startup/large technology company/recruitment agencies
• Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels(job sites, social networks, references etc.
• Experienced in crypto or payment related industry
• Knowledge of the candidate market and companies
• English language - no lower Intermediate level (you will conduct interview with candidates all over the world)
