Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI Designer with a strong proficiency in Figma to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, high-quality user interfaces and maintaining our design system to ensure a seamless experience across our platform. A deep understanding of Figma’s advanced features, including design system creation, library variables, and component management, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain a scalable and consistent UI system across Satoshi App’s products.
• Develop and manage Figma components, library variables, and reusable design assets.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into engaging UI solutions.
• Conduct user research and leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experiences.
• Optimize workflows by integrating prototyping and animation within Figma to showcase interactions.
• Ensure a user-centered design approach, balancing aesthetics with functionality and usability.
• Maintain design consistency across mobile and desktop platforms, ensuring a seamless Web3 experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Web or App design.
• Proficiency in Figma with advanced knowledge of design systems, components, variables, and responsive layouts.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the team.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience working in crypto, blockchain, or DEX platforms.
• Familiarity with prototyping and animation tools within Figma.
• Understanding of DeFi, Web3 trends, and decentralized applications (dApps).

Work Location

This is a remote position, and candidates must be based in Asia, with the ability to work across multiple time zones effectively.
