Social Media & Community Manager (Web3)

Weâre hiring a Social Media Manager to take charge of client accounts on Twitter/X. This role is hands-on: writing daily tweets and threads, managing communities, and driving real engagement.

What Youâll Do:
Content & Community
- Build and schedule content calendars 2 weeks in advance
- Write 1â3 daily tweets/threads per client in a clear brand voice
- Reply to mentions, comments, and community posts with speed and personality
- Track market news, memes, and narratives to create reactive content
- Expand reach by tagging and interacting with KOLs and influencers
Client Strategy & Management
- Lead weekly client calls to review performance and shape content strategy
- Optimise Twitter/X profiles for visibility and conversions
- Create client playbooks: tone of voice, doâs/donâts, escalation rules
- Advise clients on what works, what doesnât, and how to grow faster
Reporting & Crisis Comms
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports with insights and clear next steps
- Draft fast-response playbooks for FUD, hacks, or negative press
- Filter inbound DMs, flagging leads and partnership opportunities
Collaboration & Growth
- Work with our design/campaign teams to produce graphics, memes, and videos
- Build content docs with narratives, angles, and messaging pillars
- Keep clients updated with structured progress and campaign milestones
What Weâre Looking For
- Proven experience running Twitter/X for crypto brands (links to examples)
- Strong copywriting skills across tweets and long-form threads
- Sharp instincts for trends, tone, and timing
- Confident communicator able to lead client calls and set direction
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple accounts
Nice to Have
- Experience hosting Twitter Spaces or community events
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with analytics tools and UTM tracking
- Agency experience managing multiple clients
