Our journey has only just begun, and we continue to develop products that deliver market leading APYs across our USDC, USDT, Ether (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) funds for both individual and corporate customers.
With many exciting new products either planned or in process, we’re seeking an experienced and capable software engineer to assume a leadership role in the software develop team and drive the continuous iteration and deployment of new products.
The role:
- A leadership position reporting directly to the CTO, you will oversee the existing software development team setting clear direction and enabling alignment on strategy and business objectives to drive product development.
- With a thorough understanding of SDLC, you will work closely with local and remote teams providing ongoing support and a centralized point of contact for interactions with the rest of the company.
- You will take a lead role in the ideation of new concepts ultimately taking responsibility for delivering products to market.
- Grow and develop the software development team to ensure consistent delivery of development goals.
You:
- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency industry with a leading exchange and a passion for developing market leading products.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in software / product development with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Excellent technical skills and inherent knowledge of web (React / Node JS) and mobile app development.
- Prior experience of developing highly capable software engineering / product development teams within a high-growth startup environment.
- Highly resourceful with a strong business acumen.
- Willing and able to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
