Tech Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working with key stake holders and dev team to assist the organisation in achieving product technical requirements.
• Architect new technologies for the business and its partnerships as required with the support of our dev team.
• Participate in management decisions and attend meetings in line with business objectives.
• Monitor the technical budget and forecast costs related to the agreed technical activities.
• Support techinical requirement, retention, acquisition and capital allocation efforts.
• Be an oustanding communicator of our tech strategy to partners, management, investors and marketing employees.
• Research, outline and direct the most effective solutions for our tech requirements.
• Drive onboarding solutions from a technical perspective for new stakeholders.
• Handle all internal security and privacy-related audits.
• Be accountable for the due diligence, evaluation and reporting with respect to all techincal matters.
• Develop, execute and report the technical business plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect.
• Hands on experience with software development and systems administrations.
• Understanding of strategic IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High problem solving aptitute.
• Organisation and leadership skills.
• Experience in distributed systems developments, databases or storage.
• Experience and understanding of Web3, NFT and Game-Fi.
• BSC/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
