Technical Product Manager

### What a person should do?
- Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, development, promotion, support, product end of life
- delivery the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and key customers/ KPIs
- responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research and strategic planning and implementation
- set long-term vision and strategy for MetaPrime products
- communicate this strategy to all of the relevant participants and community members
- transparent about prioritization and roadmap process - why
- be able to say no
- able to balance needs of customers and community stakeholders
- evidence-based decision-making to communication
- able to deliver winning products on top of MetaPrime's NFT primitives
- define product strategy and roadmap
- be an expert with respect to the competition
- develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
- perform product demos for community
- set "pricing" to meet revenue and profitability goals
- propose an overall budget to ensure success
- act as a leader within company

#### Minimum qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as product in crypto space with proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch
- Attention to detail
- Experience or demonstrated interest in cryptocurrencies in past
- Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Being long in crypto, have fundamental and community values to build ecosystem
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Exercise -- at least one sample of effective document for KodaDot to improve our current product

#### Preferred qualifications
- Experience within Metaverses, NFT industry, core-development in Polkadot/Kusama
- Experience with
    - fast-paced startup environment
    - knowledge of UX/UI best practices, especially for mobile and XR products

#### Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive research and development to identify opportunities to expand KodaDot & MetaPrime products of different applications
- Use data-oriented approaches to develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap of new assets bringing together community feedback, competitive analysis and public strategy
- Coordinate among teams Mechanics, Anteriors and Creators
- Create and maintain comprehensive and high-quality product documentation and regularly provide updates on roadmap and current project status to create community updates
