We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager / Team Lead to oversee our development teams across various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily stand-ups, task assignments, progress tracking, quality control, writing reports, and expanding our talented team. This role is pivotal in ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of software quality and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings to monitor project progress and address any issues.
- Assign and review tasks among developers.
- Write weekly and monthly reports on project status, team performance, and development milestones.
- Participate in the hiring process of developers, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Serve as a liaison between the development team and senior management, providing regular updates on project status and team needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Team Lead, or similar role in software development.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in hiring and developing talent in a tech environment.
