User Growth Specialist/Manager

Job Description:

• Develop and execute user growth strategies, focusing on community and social media engagement as well as product user acquisition.

• Plan and implement innovative campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.

• Analyze user behavior and data to generate actionable insights and optimize growth strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in successful user growth initiatives, with the ability to demonstrate specific case studies and results.

• Basic understanding of DeFi or options-related financial products.

• Near-native English proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with native English speakers.

• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and execution capabilities.
