Role Overview

The UX/UI Designer will lead interface design for dApps, dashboards, and developer tools — ensuring seamless user interaction with blockchain products. You’ll work from concept through to high-fidelity execution, building design systems and experiences that make decentralized technology approachable for a global audience. This is a high-impact, fully remote contractor role with compensation paid in cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for blockchain-based products
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
• Develop and maintain scalable, component-based design systems
• Own the visual and interaction design across multiple Web3 products
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform consistency

Requirements

• 3+ years designing web and/or mobile applications
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and visual design skills
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Familiarity with Web3 interactions (wallets, tokens, smart contract confirmations)
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones
• Self-directed, able to manage priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for developer tools or blockchain dashboards
• Proven experience creating or maintaining design systems in production
• Background in illustration, animation, or branding
• Contributions to open-source or DAO-based products
