VIP Team- Key Account Coverage Manager, Middle office

Responsibilities

• Analyze the performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs with data and key business results.
• Analyze competitors VIP and Liquidity Provider programs and measure the difference in its performance impact.
• Propose changes to the VIP and Liquidity Provider program, and manage the lifecycle of those changes.
• Analyze client behavior in order to track their trading stats and find areas which can be growth opportunities. 
• Advice growth strategy for the VIP and institutional client base by working closely with the growth, marketing, and product team.
• Writing key customer analysis reports for key clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years working experience in a trading team or an exchange in either spot or derivative trading.
• Deep understanding of common trading strategies and how trading firms operate to make profit.
• Deep understanding of how trading teams compete in exchange and how exchange parameters would shift the dynamics of those competition
• Understanding of the market liquidity of order driven exchange.
• Understanding of trading systems and API.
• Strong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data.
• Strong communication skills are is able to work with global team
• Fast paced, self-motivated, and has the ability to work under pressure.
• Passionate about crypto. Crypto industry experience is a plus.
