Web3 Marketing Manager (DeFi)

We're hiring a Web3 Marketing Manager on behalf of a high-growth project in the DeFi space. They’re building at the frontier of decentralized finance, and they’re looking for someone with the expertise and creativity to help bring their vision to the world.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute marketing strategies tailored to the DeFi ecosystem, with a focus on narrative-building, ecosystem growth, and launch support
• Create and manage content across social, blog, newsletter, and community platforms (Twitter/X, Farcaster, Mirror, Discord, etc.)
• Support product marketing efforts including go-to-market strategies for new features, liquidity programs, and integrations
• Grow and engage the community, collaborating with contributors, partners, and KOLs to amplify key messaging
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns, across channels like Twitter, Google, Reddit, and programmatic platforms
• Track and analyze performance of campaigns using on-chain and off-chain metrics to iterate and improve impact
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, design, and community) to ensure alignment across messaging and timelines

✅ What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in marketing, with at least 1–2 years in Web3, specifically in DeFi or infrastructure
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols — especially AMMs, liquidity provisioning, staking, tokenomics, and governance
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language without losing depth
• Proven experience in growing and engaging communities across Twitter, Discord, and other crypto-native platforms
• Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns, from strategy to execution and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish & Portuguese are a plus)
• Strong instincts for data, performance metrics, and iterating based on results — familiarity with on-chain analytics tools is a plus
• Bonus points for: experience with product marketing, go-to-market campaigns, performance marketing, or SEO

💸 Compensation & Perks

• $90,000 – $150,000 USD annual salary (depending on experience)
