Web3 Security Senior Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage Web3 security cases, performing detailed analysis, and draft detection strategies to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to reduce case volumes and minimize user asset losses.
• Monitor data sources to identify emerging fraud techniques and potential false positives.
• Stay up-to-date with Defi Wallet products and the latest phishing techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in blockchain, anti-fraud, risk control, or related fields; 
• Proven expertise in fraud detection, phishing analysis, and an understanding of the dark web and illicit operations;
• Understanding of case operation workflows, with the ability to handle complex cases systematically and efficiently;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams;
• Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset with a proactive learning attitude; keen interest in Web3 security;
• Proficiency in English for seamless communication in a global environment;
• Familiarity with Web3 security challenges and advanced defensive mechanisms is preferred;
• Experience in red team activities or participation in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions is a plus.
