OVERVIEW

Satschain is looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. As a social media manager, you will be expected to work closely with the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing a robust Social Media and communication strategy, creating and managing a content calendar to enhance our online presence and support our marketing efforts. You'll also be expected to have knowledge on campaign architecture, implementation and execution along with industry and design know-hows tailored to the developed social media strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote Satschain and engage the community across platforms such as X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Define the most important social media KPIs
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (e.g., posts, images, videos) tailored to each platform, keeping the community informed and involved.
• Maintain the Brand voice and identity across all channels.
• Foster and manage a vibrant community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, and participating in discussions on relevant topics.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Web3, blockchain, and social media to ensure Satschain remains at the forefront of the industry. 
• Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies through A/B consistently, as needed.
• Work closely with the Head of marketing, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Plan and execute targeted campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Identify potential influencers and strategic partners to help expand Satschain’s reach and reputation.
• Coordinate online events, AMAs, and other promotional activities to keep the community engaged and informed.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS 

• Self Starter
• 1+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Passionate about engaging and growing online communities.
• Solid understanding of all major social media platforms - X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord, and other social media best practices
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent knowledge of Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Creative thinker and problem-solving skills
• Strong collaboration skills with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Good time-management skills
• Knowledge of Web3 infrastructure and ecosystem is a MUST
