We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><ul><li>Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.</li><li>Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.</li><li>Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.</li><li>Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.</li><li>Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.</li><li>Transition existing React web apps to React Native.</li></ul></ul><h3>Skills</h3><ul><ul><li>Working Knowledge In React Native</li><li>Firm grasp of the JavaScript,TypeScript language, and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax</li><li>Knowledge of object-oriented programming</li><li>Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code</li><li>Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts</li><li>Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ</li><li>Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage</li></ul></ul>

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Petra wallet across web extension, web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for crafting the product strategy and driving towards execution for a dynamic and central component of the Aptos ecosystem. 
This role is a mix of strategy, market research, and entrepreneurship, with an exceptional ability to iteratively drive results. This is an opportunity for someone who is excited by building products that will create innovative solutions for a complex and highly impactful industry. You will be working on a fast-paced, rapidly growing, high-profile project with a significant opportunity for industry-level impact on emerging blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
What you'll be doing:
<ul>
<li>Create a compelling product vision and strategy for Petra that considers industry trends and innovations, user needs, stakeholder input, company priorities, and product data</li>
<li>Identify and prioritize new features, projects, and opportunities to create an exciting and engaging wallet experience for our users </li>
<li>Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through requirements, design, development, testing, go-to-market, and subsequent product iteration </li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently</li>
<li>Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making</li>
<li>Communicating product vision, progress, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.</li>
<li>Provide clear direction, set priorities, and manage resources effectively to achieve product goals.</li>
</ul>
What we’re looking for:
<ul>
<li>6+ years of product management in in consumer fintech, with a focus on payments or investing</li>
<li>Deep understanding of fintech, web3, and DeFi products and ecosystems </li>
<li>Experience leading large-scale consumer products </li>
<li>Experience taking initiatives and products from conception through launch, managing and end-to-end delivery</li>
<li>Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives across internal and external teams </li>
<li>Strong ability to interpret research and data to dissect industry trends and create actionable insights</li>
<li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record for working well across internal and external teams to influence priorities and drive project execution </li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.</li>
</ul>

The base salary range for this full-time position is $173,800-$222,574. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
