Remote Web3 Marketing Jobs in Buenos Aires, Argentina

About ARQ

ARQ is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the world. Our mission is to redefine how people interact with money across borders, building the infrastructure to move value seamlessly. We’re still early in our journey, which means every person who joins shapes the future of our product, culture, and growth. If you’re excited by big challenges, global impact, and the chance to grow fast with a world-class team, ARQ is the place to do it.

The Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth for Argentina to lead our growth in the country.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for representing ARQ locally, driving growth, and owning the country’s acquisition and branding P&L. You will act as the bridge between our global teams and the Argentinian market - bringing local insights to inform strategy and product roadmap, while executing campaigns that resonate with the local audience.

What you'll be doing

• Act as ARQ’s primary representative in Argentina and build and strengthen ARQ’s presence and brand in the market, including ARQ's PR and earned media presence in the country.

• Own local marketing P&L, driving user and revenue growth, margin optimization, and improved unit economics

• Build and maintain relationships with local partners, brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates

• Drive Above-The-Line (ATL) efforts, including TV, OTT, OOH, radio, and other mass media to maximize brand reach and efficiency

• Act as the voice of the local market, collaborate with global performance marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and localisation across every channel

• Build scalable processes to support long-term growth, and hire, develop, and lead the local team over time

• Influence the local product roadmap by identifying products or features that could unlock growth in the local market

What you’ll need to succeed

• 7+ years of professional experience, including top-tier management consulting (e.g., BCG, Bain, McKinsey, OW) or a bulge bracket investment bank, combined with senior operating roles at a high-growth VC-backed tech company.

• Deep understanding of the Argentinian market and consumer behavior is a must

• Structured problem-solving: you break down ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks, move fast, and communicate findings with precision

• Ability to coordinate external partners: media, celebrities, influencers, or affiliates, and manage multiple relationships simultaneously

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and can lead projects end to end without hand-holding

• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams

• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Why join us?

• Lead our growing Buenos Aires hub, working alongside the founders and senior leaders and a world-class team where you’ll learn fast and grow even faster

• Pivotal role in the fastest growing FinTech in LATAM, backed by the best investors in the world (Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, YC, Kaszek)

• Manage a significant budget with the autonomy and tools required to deliver meaningful results

• Work directly with ARQ’s founders, senior leaders, and global growth teams

• Highly competitive salary

• Sign-on stock options bonus, so you become a big part of the success of the company

• Discretionary performance bonus (stock options) every year
