My bachelor is in Economics, and boy, did I not like economics back then!
Fortunately I loved playing video games and hack computers.
When I discovered that you can write code and make the computer do things, I fell in love.
I started making websites with PHP/JS/HTML/CSS until I got into QA Automation.
Then, I started mingling with "The Cloud" in order to create DDoS attacks... and I fell in love with "DevOps" !
Now, I automate things in progressively bigger scale.
Life is too short to make the same thing twice.
Enjoying choreographic CICD, microservice clusters, cloud infrastructure automations and a good freddo espresso with Shinedown banging on my headphones :]

Dear Sir or Madam,
As a lawyer, I stumbled upon Machine Learning while learning to code and quickly went down the rabbit hole. As I am a self-starter and love to challenge myself, I took in 2020 a break from my law career to invest myself full-time in learning data science.
This year of study led me to undertake last November the position of Product Manager at a scale-up. My understanding and hands-on project experience of Machine Learning allowed me to work closely on the development of data science projects with data scientists.
This passion for data is matched only by the passion I have for crypto. I have been learning about crypto since 2016, whether through investing, crypto Twitter or through certified online courses. Recently, I implemented a personal project by building a transactional Ethereum dataset and by clustering addresses into distinct behavioral subgroups.
I believe that analyzing and researching investment opportunities and looking for current and future catalysts is a thrilling opportunity to put my skills to use.
I would like to offer beyond my data skills and my passion for crypto the expertise of a person with varied experience and that excels at making concepts simple and at communicating insights: being a lawyer requires clarity of thought and thoroughness.
My resume, my GitHub portfolio and my personal website further display my qualifications and experience. I look forward to any opportunity to discuss what I can do for your company.
Sincerely,
Thomas Delatte
For three reasons: Firstly. I have a lot of experience as a software developer / team lead (and recently Data Science Tech Lead). I have designed and co-authored a paper on multi-tenant scaleable blockchain platforms based on Layer 2 (plasma) scaling. The paper was shortlisted amongst the best papers at IEEE Conference on Software Architecture (ICSA) 2019 at Hamburg.
Prior to choosing Ethereum POA sidechains, I researched all the popular blockchain technologies available in 2018, to determine the best fit for the task. Blockchains were rated based on a number of factors including: security and privacy features, level of decentralization, roadmap and mainnet release, client features, smart contract support, consensus, developer ecosystem, tools and community etc.
I have also implemented the designed protocol in code (Node.js, Solidity, Parity)

Hello,
My name is Dhurim Kelmendi. I am a Full-Stack Engineer by trade and I believe that I fit the requirements 100%. I have nearly an identical set of key responsibilities at my current position.
I regularly convert functional and non-functional requirements into flawlessly working applications. In addition to this I lead teams and ensure that all the aspects of an application, including but not limited to: UX, scalability, code quality, security are given the necessary attention.
In my free time, I like to blog and share my knowledge and experience in my Medium profile: https://medium.com/@dhkelmendi
I currently work as a Backend Engineer at a startup that is developing an app that helps children create visual stories. The product is built following TDD, and using technologies like Golang, Postgres and AWS for a reliable, secure and fast platform and React/React Native for the frontend, giving users a very high-performance solution. Upon request I can provide screenshots and diagrams of the architecture, but the code has also been committed to private work repositories.
My current position is a perfect example of what you’re looking for. I was brought on to aid the development of the application at a startup with a very flat hierarchy, meaning that I had to wear different hats, I had to make technical decisions, provide support to my team members and also learn aspects of software architecture so that our application is as reliable as it gets. I also learned more about Kubernetes and Docker, which we utilized for deployment and cluster management.
P.S. As a display of my Golang skillset, I have developed a simple vending machine, this is the link to the GitHub repository:

I look forward to hearing back.
Thank you,
Dhurim Kelmendi

I believe I am the perfect candidate for this role as I have an advanced technical repertoire whilst also being able to successfully collaborate with wider people within different businesses. Furthermore , I have also articulated complex problems in simple terms to broader, less technical stakeholders to help identify and clarify business needs. Having acquired four and half years’ worth of commercial work experience within data science I have developed a highly technical skill set that will allow me to work efficiently and by using best practices to solve complex problems within the field using Python and SQL. An example of a recent project I undertook involved working on the whole data-science workflow to find inefficiencies on the for sale property market. This begun by working with large and disparate data to create training and test sets for modelling by performing data cleansing, analytics, and wrangling . The modelling involved using an ensemble of models used as features into other models. This involved incorporating unsupervised and supervised learning methods such as cluster analysis, principal component analysis, Gradient Boosting Machines, and Random Forests to predict the likelihood of value based properties to sell within a given time frame. Furthermore, the projects and industries I have worked on have culturally been vastly different, which have required the use of effective communication to fit with the various stakeholders I have dealt with in order to help productionize and complete tasks within a timely manner.
Automated software and infrastructure deployments for over 32 software projects across 4 lines of business. Ensured availability of Production and Development systems mostly based on Amazon- EC2 and EKS. Spent 5 years developing the skills to increase velocity, reliability, and quality for BFSI vertical with a high focus on security. Deep experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Openstack, helping organizations instill DevOps for the modern age.
Methodical Data Analyst with strong attention to details, who quickly understands and analyzes complex scenarios. I am an ardent listener, give immense value to my business partners and their pain points & help them to come up with an MVP in terms of reporting, that can be delivered in an incremental and iterative manner. Proven ability to excel in stressful environments & managing multiple deliverables with high standard in a tight timeframe. Performs with a strong sense of responsibility and is comfortable in a propelling environment.

I started programming to learn something new. During the years I understood that it was really funny and that gaves me the opportunity to evolve day by day step by step. The bigger was the project much interesting were the issues to solve. I invested my last 20 year to improve my skills in different niches. I worked as consultant in different projects for different customers along this time. Worked in small teams and big ones. Last project where i was involved (and where i'm currently involved) was for a big company that work with top level brand in the world. I love palying in a team and i love to learn something new from any collegues. What make me great? Is very simple, never stop learn and study. I'm still "work in progress" every day to find better solutions, approches to improve any project/solution where i work with.
Currently i started to learn solidity in order to understand how it works and to understand all its paradigms. I'm interested in DEFI and DAPPS.

Dear Hiring Manager,
I am applying for the open Blockchain Developer position at Superfarm. I am a frontend engineer with three and half years of experience building Kubernetes cloud services for Microsoft Azure who has been following the rapid evolution of blockchain technology since 2017. After such an exciting 2020 (in blockchain I mean) and seeing the development of decentralized web3 primitives and the emergence of defi, I am now looking for opportunities to transition and work in blockchain. This position caught my eye because I have been following Superfarm’s growth and development for some time, and my skill set matches up with the position requirements nicely.
At Microsoft, I work on a Kubernetes cloud service called Container Insights that helps Azure customers monitor and diagnose the health of their clusters. I work mostly on the frontend, where I build our UIs with a combination of Typescript and React, but I have worked across the stack in the past and built several fullstack apps (see resume) with Node backends within small teams. I have a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure as not only do I work in Azure, but I also use Azure cloud infrastructure daily to operate my team’s existing services and to build out new ones. I am also very familiar with containerization technology having worked in the container and Kubernetes space my entire time at Microsoft. I am an engineer who constantly seeks to take on bigger, more impactful initiatives. Currently I am in the middle of a large refactoring of my team’s codebase! I am developing and migrating my team’s code over to a new, modern Azure portal extension, a frontend architecture for hosting sandboxed UIs in the Azure portal. Additionally, I have been taking the move as an opportunity to review my team’s React components and architecture to see where refactoring makes sense and how hooks can be used to improve code quality.
I think that the three years that I have been spending learning about blockchain technology will undoubtedly help me perform better from day 1 and help me contribute more to the application development and to product discussions. I am really excited about blockchain technology and I spend most of my free time learning about new developments and where it is going. I have written several smart contracts already which you can see on my Github. I have also delved into running multiple nodes: Bitcoin, Ethereum, The Graph, and Chainlink.
If you’ve made it this far, I want to thank you for your time and consideration. If you think that I’d make a great addition and fit for the Blockchain Developer position and Superfarm like I do, then please reach out and let’s discuss next steps. I look forward to meeting you and being able to tell you more about myself and be further assessed for the position.
Best,
Nick Barnett
I am a graduated lawyer fluent in English, Spanish and French with an avid passion for technology, cryptocurrency and financial markets as a whole. While I don't possess a career background specific to this role, the skills developed as an attorney suit themselves very well to shifting one's people outreach, user/client relationships approach, as well as writing style and wording to various settings or audiences. In the past I have written articles for blogs focused on sports and music, and of course more academic or legally oriented content too.
Recently I have been contributing so spread Bitcoin awareness alongside local cryptocurrency projects in my own country, in whatever meaningful ways are possible for me. I have also done work related to news sources, mostly focused on the data clustering of news by algorithms, according to different criteria that are defined by humans taking into consideration the relevance of different news articles, categories, sources or writing style used in all sorts of articles.
Even if the profile for this job might deviate from my usual line of work, I believe my background allows me to adapt with ease to any work environment. I also must add that in my previous experiences I have learned how to work under editorial supervision in a productive manner that adheres to the guidelines provided by any outlet.
I am a good fit for this role because I already have experience working with NodeJS and Golang. I have worked with gRPC, channels/waitgroups in golang in my personal projects and I should be able to smoothly transition that experience to products in production. I am also very keen on leveling up on CI/CD so that I can deploy and maintain my own pipelines.
I'm currently in between projects and looking for new opportunities in the crypto space. As a long time member of the Bitcoin community, I've recently completed projects at bitcoin.com to enhance the mining pool infrastructure and contribute to core infrastructure terraform modules.
For the mining pool, I worked closely with the lead java developer to built out prometheus monitoring with grafana, alertmanager and ops genie. The metrics were published at the application level and scraped by prometheus. Additionally, I built kafka on kubernetes with the strimzi operator to handle incoming mining shares.
After successfully completing objectives to stabilize the mining pool, I transitioned to the core infrastructure team. On the core team, I developed terraform modules for AWS RDS and Redis while advising developers how to best leverage modules for their deployments.
Another responsibility for the bitcoin.com mining pool was managing instances of bitcoind for both Bitcoin BTC and Bitcoin Cash. I developed custom dockerfiles to use kubernetes configmaps for their configurations. Using configmaps allowed a single docker image to be deployed into multiple regions that may require unique configurations.
I’d love to talk more about how my experience could benefit Validation Capital. When is a good time to discuss?
