Motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in product development and technical skills. Proven ability to refine and package ideas, create presentations, work plans, and budget/tokenomics. Experienced in using various software and tools to collaborate and manage projects. Skilled in top-level technical architecture, web3, SaaS, AI and big data technologies. Able to create simple web3 MVPs and set up CI/CD for projects.
I'm a systems thinker with background in Mechatronics Engineering, while gaining engineering knowledge and mental models, I became passionate about Blockchain Technology and decided to transition into the Web3 industry with the intention of contributing to the rise of freedom and collective sovereignty.
After writing documentation and knowledge bases for several blockchain projects, I’ve gained a holistic understanding of the industry; and as a Generalist, my skillset revolves around wearing many hats, solving problems, acting as a facilitator by communicating and leveraging skills across different departments, oriented towards Research, Operations and Community Building.
My Web3 Journey started by attending to meetups in Brisbane, Australia; from there, a group of colleagues and I established a non-profit with the goal of increasing blockchain adoption... Working with multiple blockchain startups and learning from learning from highly knowledgeable people in the space, has solidified my belief that Web3 is a schelling point to push humanity forward by unlocking unprecedented opportunities for ownership, collaboration and creation. It's revolutionizing the way we work, learn, earn and coordinate with other humans…
I'm looking for a role where I can apply my specific knowledge, with learning opportunities and room for creativity.

Hello, my name is Julian. I am 22. I search currently for a full time position part time is also okay.
I worked recently for Umami Finance a Arbitrum naitive project. Umami is a liquidity provider for Arbitrum and also did product as service with their auto-compounder. They are doing farming as a service as well.
I am speaking German fluent and English very well. So my timezone is UTC 2+
So my position was a very flexible one: I was the Community Management lead and worked with the discords mods together to gather feedback, answer questions. Also I did organisation and working on timelines/roadmaps. For this I used Monday.com & Clickup.
So this is the main part what I did, now a detailed list:
>Gathered feedback from the community wrote everything in a document and worked out possible solutions to problems. One big part that I worked on was the user Experience on the website how we could do it.
>Talked a lot with the community and gave them a good feeling to invest and that their voices/concerns are heard
>Wrote some FAQs
>Did several outreaches for possible investor & podcasts (very rare partnerships)
>Took the lead on NFTs. Worked out a utility part and how the NFTs should look like (working with the , also a little marketing plan
>Optimized the internal workflow so everyone knows what he/she had to do also took care of google drive that every document is safed on the right place and that the documents are clear for everyone to read so that there are no questions left
>I did on every meetings notes for the whole team in every meeting, so we could do later a recap and think about it
>Uploaded podcasts/AMA that got recorded
>Worked on problems in the team for example if someone had a problem with a other person in the team and worked on solutions that the workflow is not disturbed also that everyone is still happy to work on it
>As I mentioned the organisation I tracked work what the devs for example needed to do
>Worked on user growth
>Did a lot researches about yield opportunities or what we could create which product
>Worked on the idea to use a referal system for example for auto-compounder
>Tracked our investor in what are they are interested, what other projects they investment and what their general thoughts are
>Worked on gitbook to complete it and always keep it up to date
>Managed the discord roles & bots etc
>Worked on a DAO structure as well on the tasks with the DAO can do. Dework is my preferred tool for that.
A DAO needs to be efficent and fast at the same time. Most DAOs are very slow so they need some weeks until every proposal is done. I worked on solution to solve that problem.

Hi there,
I was very recently a community manager at Acala Network – which was the first winner of the Polkadot parachain auctions, and while it was going well, we've unfortunately ran into a bug/exploit which has grinded the network to a halt and as such, half the team will have to leave the organization. As a result, I'm now a free agent and with my extensive experience in both crypto, retail/corporate sales, and customer success, I'd be an excellent fit for Bifrost moving forward.
At my time at Acala, I managed a Discord server of 170,000 strong, a subreddit of about 14,000 and was constantly answering inquiries/tickets about our products and features, as well as contributing to the vibe with community calls/AMAs, and ensuring all our users were happy and heard. Additionally, I managed and worked closely with about 50 ambassadors, constantly sourcing and onboarding new ones, with a most recent focus on our non-English speaking communities, assisting with their own content and support. As an example, here is a report and presentation I prepared for Acala prior to getting hired which Bifrost may not only benefit from, but showcase my ability to analyze and ideate solutions/improvements:
- Curve Finance Application & Discord Analysis: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RgxQQMSZp8bh2Tgb3lV4clBFRpluiBHY/view?usp=sharing
- Acala Community Ideas: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1za6ofMt2x8MKVsozoGmjTuC2im6LFqwb/view?usp=sharing
I also pride myself on the level of user empathy I possess, where I assisted with the development of various front-end UIs where I was able to recommend additions and changes based on the user intuition developed by hanging out with users day after day. Furthermore, I made education a top priority by writing, narrating and editing videos for our Gitbook wiki (as well as written guides) and Youtube channel which allowed Acala to communicate usecases and functionality to our audience, allowing them to become far more capable users (I'm also currently learning After Effects to make much more interesting content). Examples include:
- Wormhole Bridge & 3Pool Guide: https://youtu.be/2TR4RZUCejM
- Introduction to Liquid Staking DOT: https://youtu.be/uAP_dXfmHz0
- Introduction to tDOT: https://youtu.be/Ul6Qzj4Tj5Q
- Swim Protocol Walkthrough: https://youtu.be/O7j_g1-zPT0
Customer service and success is by far my premiere skill, having done both retail and corporate sales at Mwave, as well having been Head of Customer Success at and chill Property Management, where I not only managed a staff of 12, but also spent time automating processes to make my team's life far easier, and streamlining their day to allow them to do what was most important - nurturing relationships and assisting clients. Furthermore, I dealt with escalations as well as handling resolutions for issues as well as formulating plans around offboarding clients and how to retain them. Also, having had my own VC-backed startup for 3 years, I have become quite intimate with the ability to present, speak as well as consolidate considerable amounts of information into easily digestible portions for individuals with any background.
Finally, for crypto experience however, I’ve been within the space since around 2017, however really committed to it since mid-2020, being constantly engaged with various DeFi applications and protocols, spending most of my time between Fantom and the Binance Smart Chain (although recently though I've gone all in on the Dotsama ecosystem), after spending a lot of time being a Zilliqa and Harmony One maxi (the potential TPS are too attractive). I have also been following the new Move based blockchains such as Aptos and Sui, and have investigated and setup a node using a cloud VPS service. While I don't plan on becoming a validator anytime soon, it was a fun and enjoyable experience, allowing me to become somewhat familiar with an aspect of crypto I wouldn't otherwise be as a regular user.
I am available to start immediately and very flexible when it comes to time requirements and scheduling and am more than ready to contribute to the Bifrost story.
Thanks and take care,
Sushant
