As a Web3 professional, my diverse experiences in the industry have allowed me to develop a unique and valuable skill set. With a background in PR and content production, general operations management, and even legal assistance, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives in the blockchain and crypto space.
What sets me apart as a Social Media Strategist is my ability to understand the nuances and complexities of various blockchain ecosystems. Having managed content distribution across different platforms for multiple protocols, I can tailor social media strategies to engage with targeted virtual communities effectively.
As a Digital Marketer, I have successfully driven business growth by selling over $227,000 in media promotions, leading operations, strategic vision, and long-range planning. My hands-on experience in growing Cronos News from 1k to 66k followers demonstrates my ability to execute growth strategies that deliver tangible results.
In terms of content creation and writing, I have written and published over 50 articles for clients and have coordinated, marketed, and hosted over 50 community events. This experience has honed my ability to create consistent, meaningful content that resonates with various audiences.
As a public speaker, my experience in hosting community events and engaging with prominent ecosystem builders, core blockchain development teams, VCs, and other KOLs has provided me with the communication and presentation skills necessary to effectively convey information and insights to a wide range of stakeholders in the Web3 space.
Overall, my unique blend of experiences, strong work ethic, and passion for Web3 make me a well-rounded professional capable of excelling in various roles within the industry.
As a Community Manager and social, my story begins not in the world of technology, but in the far-off land of retail management. You see, before I was decoding blockchain, I was counting beans at Sainsbury's and Morrisons - quite literally.
It was there that I first discovered my knack for people and processes. Organizing inventory was oddly satisfying, but the real joy came from interacting with a team, solving problems on the fly, and yes, even navigating the occasional disgruntled customer. Little did I know, these skills would lay the foundation for my career in community management and marketing.
As I ventured into the digital frontier of cryptocurrency, I realized that the crypto community was a bit like a supermarket on a Saturday morning - bustling, sometimes chaotic, but full of energy and potential. And just like in retail, the key to success was in understanding people, their needs, their frustrations, and their aspirations.
Over the years, I have had the pleasure of managing communities for various crypto projects. As a Community Manager, I've worn many hats (or should I say, helmets? After all, it can feel like a space adventure in the crypto world!). From fostering positive interactions in the community, curating engaging content, to navigating the wild west of social media, I've done it all.
In essence, I see myself as a bit of a digital "sherpa", guiding community members through the sometimes dizzying heights of the crypto-sphere. With a compass in one hand (my analytical skills) and a flashlight in the other (my knowledge of the latest crypto trends), I'm committed to ensuring that no one gets lost in the avalanche of information.
My secret weapon? A dash of humor and a pinch of fun. After all, the crypto world can be complex, but who says it can't be enjoyable too? In the world of 1s and 0s, I believe that a little humanity goes a long way.
So, if you're looking for a Community Manager and Social manager who can turn your followers into fans, your skeptics into believers, and make your crypto community a fun, inclusive, and vibrant place, then look no further. I've got the passion, the experience, and the dad-jokes to make it happen.
I am a senior brand and strategy executive with over 10 years’ of experience in building blockchain brands, uniquely positioned as one of very few people in the world that can build and market a project to developers and retail investors. At heart, I am a passionate, blockchain-brand-builder, with a knack for accelerating the transformation and growth of crypto companies, by refining key messaging, developing in-demand products, and leading clear and achievable commercial strategies. I have a rare gift to solve blockchain-companies biggest challenges, by taking apart and rebuilding a project like a puzzle, and turning stagnant projects into thriving ecosystems with more brand mentions in media and interest from developers wanting to build than ever before. I help investors understand what their capital is really going into by conducting sharp due diligence on the value of a project's overall brand equity, strategy, and marketing, and advise where to focus on key-growth areas in order to maximize value and ROI. I was appointed as the head of department for a layer-one blockchain valued at over $3B, to bring the chain closer towards enterprise and web3 adoption, where my work resulted in the biggest upswing in ecosystem demand and more top tier press in a matter of months than its entire 3-year history as a company. Additionally, I brought in 200+ leads from projects that wanted to build on the chain, including introducing a deal with one of the world’s most valuable sporting brands. As a passion project, I co-founded a game studio backed by Japan's largest VC, to build and bridge the biggest game IP on chain, I defined the early-brand and hired several of its first people. At 23, I co-founded and designed a Bitcoin payment gateway (way back in 2010-2011) enabling merchants to accept Bitcoin, loyalty points and fiat in a single transaction, receiving support from Microsoft and the Australian Government. One of my biggest accomplishments is leading the transformation of one of the first meme tokens to a cross-chain DeFi ecosystem, with the world’s only ChatGPT powered public-permissionless bridge that enables anyone to command the chatbot to make simple and complex transactions across five blockchains. I have appeared on television and written appearances such as Cointelegraph, Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, Reuters, BBC Africa, Yahoo Finance, Express.co.uk, Capital.com, Verdict, Currency.com, and many more, attesting to my ability to capture the attention of listeners and discuss the future of blockchain. In summary, I am a visionary and kindness-driven leader that has built a very successful career in crypto enabling me to spend time with my beautiful family and watch my little boy grow up as I help the most innovative companies get to the next milestone. I love the freedom to build, have the passion to lead, and the energy to achieve. I truly and sincerely love working with people and only want the best for them.

Hi,
I'm currently an analyst working with SolChicks (https://www.solchicks.io), the a fantasy NFT PvP and P2E gaming ecosystem on the Solana blockchain. We recently launched a record breaking IDO. I was wondering if there were any roles at your company that might be a fit?
I did everything from marketing to fundraising to operations at SolChicks. Attached is my CV and relevant documents - I haven't included SolChicks in it.
1) The more regular stuff: NUS Law graduate (second uppers, since I get asked a lot if I pivoted because I did poorly), trained by the largest electronic health medical record company in the world in the US (xxx million dollar NGEMR implementation for NUHS, NHGP, MOH, IHIS, etc). Now working for a Martech/Insurtech consultancy as a technical project manager cum scrum master for a local SME, projects range from 500k-1.5m. I'm familiar with a range of project and product management tools, the premium ones like the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) to the free ones like Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Redmine
2) Developer experience: Full stack javascript web developer (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS) since I was 13, part of the team conceiving Zion IRC and GG client (now Garena), both TCP/IP LAN connection for Dota. Have dabbled in decentralized autonomous organisations, AI, ML during my free time and for my freelance gigs, also picked up stacks on a per project need basis but not proficient outside of those I just stated
3) Startup Experience: Core product manager transforming a B2B SaaS platform from 0-to-1 (series E funding) which allows companies to run all their internal operations in the cloud. Lead project manager for a B2B SaaS legaltech startup (bringing it to series A funding). My product manager and project manager experience are integral to each other, I rarely play one role 100% whilst ignoring the other in any job I've taken up.
4) Gaming experience: I've played MMOs until I started working, including Runescape, Maplestory, Star Wars The Old Republic, Lord of the Rings Online, Final Fantasy XIV, Guild Wars 2, Elder Scrolls Online, Tera, Secret World Legends. Haven't played the newer ones like New World or Elyon or the likes. Used to hop from gacha game to gacha game (mostly PVP ones), chasing the next big thing and spending until I exhaust my enjoyment. Quit gacha as of 2021, quit MOBAs half a decade ago. Am familiar with VoIP services like TeamSpeak, Mumble, etc, as well as streaming services like Twitch (but I do not stream).
5) Gaming Communities: I've lead top guilds in my MMOs, gacha games, been part of large gaming communities including the large spending ones like Eden of Gaming and lead their flagship guilds. Used to own my own Discord server, Line server, QQ server for my gaming communities and guilds. Familiar with effective server structures, community management, bot setup, turning with toxic/self-entitled players into our biggest advocates...
6) Workstyle: Looking for a fast paced, quickly evolving, progressive job that's at the forefront of healthtech/web 3.0/gaming NFTs. My life is defined by the work I do, if I have to differentiate between work and leisure it is not what I'm looking for. My previous managers (I report directly to the CEOs of every company except my first one) tell me 'the fires that burn the brightest tend to singe the rest', so if we are talking long hours I've never had an issue with that.
7) Why I'm looking out: I'm not actively looking, the current job I can perform competently and for the hours I take to execute my duties the compensation is good. I took it up because all the roles I've been in I've been tasked with a specific mandate and when I was done it didn't feel like I had anything else left to keep my adrenaline going, so I decided to take up something which is educational and gives me a lot of free time to explore my interests (like DAOs), whilst passively looking for something else. "If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together". I've gone fast and not gone long, am looking for a team which goes fast and I can go far with at the same time.
Apologies for the long email at the late hour. Please contact me at 91291239 on Whatsapp and I'll reply within 6 hours, or reply to this email for a slightly more delayed response.
In my year at Wilder World ($50 million raised, 150 employees globally at peak) I wrote and managed an editorial with 38,000 subscribers, educated tens of thousands of people about the project as a primary spokesperson and content creator for the brand, autonomously managed (writing posts, coordinating imagery with creative team, and publishing posts) 4 social media accounts with over 250,000 followers, and spearheaded community growth and retention activations that resulted in Wilder World maintaining one of the most loyal and active communities in Web3 and stable NFT floor prices compared to the vast majority of the industry.
All of the above I did simultaneously—I was effectively the director of communications for the team and worked closely with the executive team on a daily basis to scale the organization and spread its vision to the world. With the diverse experience I've acquired, my expert-level knowledge of the crypto industry, and the co-founder-level commitment that I bring to any role I take on, I am confident that I can bring value to your team.
I have experience and have been building communities past few years. I worked for blockchain media agency and blockchain project as business developer manager and community manager.
I have worked in the Banking & Financial Services domain for 13+ years and possess a strong academic background in research & analysis. I have cleared CFA Level I (CFA Institute - US), and CA PE II (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India). During my professional career, I have worked with globally well-known companies like Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank AG & Mercator Info Services (now amalgamated with Crisil - an S&P 500 company). I am also a Certified Blockchain Consultant with expertise in Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrencies.
Until January 2020, I was an Individual research analyst and a regular contributor to Market Realist - a NY startup with a remote work culture. My coverage included technology companies listed on NASDAQ and NYSE - Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Alibaba, PayPal are some of the companies I used to cover regularly. You can read some of my published works in this link - https://marketrealist.com/author/shankar-iyer/
In December 2019, I also initiated coverage on Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrencies. I am also proficient in analyzing Cryptocurrency investment and trading. My research pieces on cryptos generated over 3,000+ purely organic page views each without any content promotion partners in December. You can read some of my in-depth coverage on this link.

In April 2020, I was also engaged in a project with a Chicago based startup to create educational modules on Applications of Blockchain Technology and Cryptocurrencies.
I am well aware of the requirements of remote working. With my skill sets, I am sure that I could be a valuable member of Liquidus.
I hope you consider cross border applications and are open to hiring remote employees from India. Just to add - I am comfortable working on US & Canadian time zones. On a closing note, eagerly looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Shankar

Rohit is a full-Stack developer with about four years of coding experience. He have in the past worked as an initial engineer in various startups backed by well-known venture firms (Y Combinator, Sequoia, Nexus).
At Dyte, Rohit was the second full-time engineer and saw the team scale to 40+ engineers coming from companies like slack, Microsoft, and other renowned tech companies.
In his most recent role, Rohit was working with Driver Owned Cooperative as a product engineer (uber but owned by drivers or DAO in web2) where he was part of a small team (< 10 engineers) competing with likes of uber and Lyft.
You can strike up a conversation with him about anything, especially but not limited to startups, product ideas, and technology, or challenge him to a game of chess. .
When I worked at Liquidifty (NFT Marketplace), I was looking for digital artists who could submit their brilliant work to our marketplace. I remember how i was pitching one artist and we had made a call. He said that he works for a very influential person who is connected to the animation industry in the CIS, and he asked to make the next call with him and his boss. I was surprised since I had a primary goal of getting the artist on our marketplace. So I and a couple of my colleagues met with Ilya Popov and discussed further plans. Briefly, it was a question of mutual cooperation, collaboration with dozens of artists and a question of extra investment. That is one of my achievements which surprised me.
