Hey there recruiter,
I am writing in order to express my interest in your company’s Graphic Designer position.
In 2016 I started a 3-month Internship at Amazon as a Visual Design Associate, being my first contact with a high-standard work environment. This led to working here as a full-time employee after the Internship finished, until 2019.
During this time I was part of multiple categories with different guidelines, which made me constantly adapt and learn new skills. Most notably I was part of the Prime Now, Toys and Devices teams.
Working with product images on a white background I mastered using shadows, highlights, and color correction to create realistic-looking compositions, creating a photoshoot look which was the goal for the Prime Now graphics. As well, I also had to be creative when creating for Toys as I had to design various scenarios based on the toy promoted while also adhering to the style guide, learning to see restrictions as motivation for finding new ideas.
Being part of the Devices team, I discovered that I can handle extreme pressure very well, working on big campaigns with high exposure that always needed extra attention to details, and were pressed by short delivery times and constant revisions.
One of these projects would be the Black Friday & Cyber Monday campaign for EU5 from 2018 when I and one of my colleagues travelled to the Luxembourg offices for 3 weeks to be part of the whole process.
Summing up my experience at Amazon, I can say that it's the foundation of my career as a professional artist. It made me accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and this developed my skills of multitasking while maintaining my composure in time-sensitive situations and delivering the best results under pressure.
This job also allowed me to learn how to use my creative thinking/out-of-the-box approach in order to optimize my workflow. And it’s always rewarding to see your work as the main header on the homepage of the biggest online retailer, especially during big campaigns like Black Friday.
At the beginning of 2019, I started to focus more on my Freelancer career, so I started to have more projects while also working for Amazon. Most of the year I did both, which was exhausting but showed me that I can focus on two different projects which led to better time and resources management. As my Freelancer career started to grow, I decided to pursue that full-time and to leave my role at Amazon at the end of the year.
Doing freelance projects full time made me further develop my skills, finding new ways to be creative. My project consists of album covers for musical artists from all genres. I had to adapt around the customer and his music which made me extremely flexible in terms of creativity. The challenge was creating that many albums covers on a daily basis and delivering the same level of quality and detail without repeating myself.
About crypto, I first discovered Bitcoin in early 2017 and was immediately drawn to it as it appeared to me as a great investment opportunity at that time but also the decentralization part made me a big fan of it. Long story short, during all this time I studied the whole crypto space very closely becoming familiar with the dynamics and developed a great understanding of all perspectives of this multi-faceted proposition, watching it grow from front row seats. I truly believe in Bitcoin as being the future of finance, having over 90% of my net worth in BTC.
That's why I believe I am a great fit for this position being a mix between an experienced visual artist and an early crypto investor thus developing a great understanding of this job’s requirements and responsibilities.
Thanks,
Tudor
I believe i carry the qualities youre looking for in an employee. From being one of three moderators in a discord of 18,000 people maintaining a reputation of the teams combined 2m social media followers, from being one of the main heads in a p2e game located in Australia, to building discords for projects my experience in the web3 space along with customer service and other platforms (Zendesk, Monday) make me a well qualified candidate. Ethereum is the only crypto i actively trade between tokens on the blockchain including nfts. Im constantly on etherscan helping other individuals with their problems (tracking down transactions and giving information on where their payment might have gone to) and researching on my own behalf certain wallets and following their trades.
Hello, my name is Julian. I am 22. I search currently for a full time position part time is also okay.
I worked recently for Umami Finance a Arbitrum naitive project. Umami is a liquidity provider for Arbitrum and also did product as service with their auto-compounder. They are doing farming as a service as well.

So my position was a very flexible one: I was the Community Management lead and worked with the discords mods together to gather feedback, answer questions. Also I did organisation and working on timelines/roadmaps. For this I used Monday.com & Clickup.
So this is the main part what I did, now a detailed list:
>Gathered feedback from the community wrote everything in a document and worked out possible solutions to problems. One big part that I worked on was the user Experience on the website how we could do it.
>Talked a lot with the community and gave them a good feeling to invest and that their voices/concerns are heard
>Wrote some FAQs
>Did several outreaches for possible investor & podcasts (very rare partnerships)
>Took the lead on NFTs. Worked out a utility part and how the NFTs should look like (working with the , also a little marketing plan
>Optimized the internal workflow so everyone knows what he/she had to do also took care of google drive that every document is safed on the right place and that the documents are clear for everyone to read so that there are no questions left
>I did on every meetings notes for the whole team in every meeting, so we could do later a recap and think about it
>Uploaded podcasts/AMA that got recorded
>Worked on problems in the team for example if someone had a problem with a other person in the team and worked on solutions that the workflow is not disturbed also that everyone is still happy to work on it
>As I mentioned the organisation I tracked work what the devs for example needed to do
>Worked on user growth
>Did a lot researches about yield opportunities or what we could create which product
>Worked on the idea to use a referal system for example for auto-compounder
>Tracked our investor in what are they are interested, what other projects they investment and what their general thoughts are
>Worked on gitbook to complete it and always keep it up to date
>Managed the discord roles & bots etc
>Worked on a DAO structure as well on the tasks with the DAO can do. Dework is my preferred tool for that.
A DAO needs to be efficent and fast at the same time. Most DAOs are very slow so they need some weeks until every proposal is done. I worked on solution to solve that problem.

I took a survey for a job that will interview me on Monday from a loan officer job and it came back that I am a Rainmaker. according to the merriam-Webster dictionary, this means:
a person (such as a partner in a law firm) who brings in new business
also : a person whose influence can initiate progress or ensure success
I want to bring my talents to somewhere that truly appreciates me.
This job is said to make 36,000 USD a year base salary.
I am 24, but this is really unacceptable.
I don't have the most extensive crypto background, I have baseline understandings of everything, but I will apply myself to everything 1 million percent and further my understandings via immersion and self-taught learning. Social media and Crypto is bringing a dawn of a new era where old finance will be a thing of the past.
I want to be part of the Future ASAP. I hope I can get an opportunity to show the Aliens team how valuable I can truly be.

Dear Hiring Manager,
My name is Charles Steffens, I am 23 years old. I have worked in the food industry my whole life, but now I have decided to pursue my dream of having a job in the field of technology. I didn't quite know where to start at first because I have never been to a university, so after doing a bit of research I have decided to pursue CompTIA certifications to start. I have taken and passed my CompTIA A+ core 1 exam and will be taking the core 2 exam on monday 2/22. So hopefully by the time you recieve this I will have completed both exams and am A+ certified. I know that I also need multiple skills to be a good IT technician. I have signed up for codeacademy.com and I'm currently working on learning Python 3. I'm also actively learning new IT technologies and protocols like the Blockchain protocol so I can be ready when these technologies become more widely used.
The main reason I have enjoyed my time with Whole Foods is because of the team oriented atmosphere they have cultivated. The team members there all get along very well, and this is something I am seeking out in my first job in IT. I believe when all members are dedicated and focused on the same goals we can accomplish a lot more than we even thought.
I may not have the best credentials on paper to pass through your mailbox, and I may not be the most naturally smart, however I do think I have something that sets me apart from other candidates - work ethic. I'm someone who makes the most out of being able to work around talented people, I am always taking notes, asking questions, and soaking up as much knowledge as I can from those around me. I am willing to put in the extra time at work and at home to become better than I was yesterday. I believe I'm the exact kind of person koinly would want.
I have a call center experience for almost 12 years. Handling both customer and technical support. I can work remotely. I preferred to work from Monday-Wednesday: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM CST (3 hours).
I’m Paula, a Graphic Designer from Brazil, currently based in Portugal and in search of new and exciting challenges. I consider myself a proactive and and flexible player who is constantly finding the way out of my comfort zone to chase personal and professional growth. I'm experienced designing for both offline and online media and work to deliver my best in each single project. What I most enjoy is working on the brand development determining how it will be expressed across the touch points. Although I've never worked inside the Crypto sector before, I'm positive I can still be a great fit for this position as I'm a versatile designer who's constantly looking at the latest trends and how I can develop the best visual style for each brand.
Dear Clément,
We've had the opportunity to meet several times lately, at the DeFi France meet-ups, at EthCC and at the P2P festival. I'm Paul, former product owner at Coinhouse, member of DeFi France and contributor to the translation of the Bankless program.
I have had the opportunity to follow several of your conferences, and I acknowledge to find an interesting example of pragmatism, transparency, and pedagogy in your presentations. I am therefore very interested to work with you. Here are the reasons why you might be interested reciprocally:
I have an ease in engaging with communities, identifying potential partners and building strong, long-term relationships through a combination of Telegram, Twitter, Discord among others and by participating to numerous events.
Having participated in the development of software's features as a PO and having experimented with many crypto-services, I have a good understanding of the blockchain building bricks logic and the writing of specifications.
As an experienced user of collaborative and productive tools, I master the following software ; Monday, Notion, Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Miro, among others.
I am qualified to identify the needs of dApps and crypto-services customers, resulting from my experience in Product Management and my experiences in user testing for projects such as MoonPay or Deepwork.
I am a fast learner and I can easily retain large volumes of information thanks to my proficiency in memory methods and my ability to break down complex stuff.
I managed to integrate more deeply into the DeFi space with Stake Capital where I was able to perform a wide range of tasks. Unfortunately the project has come to an end for many of us as we were not paid. Having an entrepreneurial mindset, I viewed this experience as an opportunity to deeply review my essential criteria before applying to join a team (in addition to a proper due diligence). My criteria are as follows:
An open-minded, diverse and free from drama team
A promising use case to work on and a passion for the job missions
Colleagues who could inspire me and for whom I would enjoy putting all my efforts into bringing value
Kleros meet these criteria.
Although my professional career can be considered short if you take a standard time frame, my volume of activity and knowledge related to this industry convinces me that I have the ability to bring value through this position from day one.
Being familiar with Kleros and these use cases, I invite you to contact me to learn more and to send me a case study for which I would be pleased to apply my expertise.
I am very excited by this career opportunity and am interested in meeting with you to discuss further.
Sincerely,
Paul Drouet
