About myself: War immigrant from Serbia, lived in Norway, studied in the UK (double bachelor in psychology and HR), made capital in drop shipping, went into the buy-to-let property market in London - later moved to Montenegro to develop properties, investing and consulting in crypto since 2017

Experience: 2015-2019: Investor and Project Manager of two large property developments in Tivat, Montenegro. 2016-2018: Built up and sold a property management and property sales company in Montenegro. 2017-2019: Business development, general consulting, and Project Management in areas such as: Website and Logo creation, Pitch Deck, White Paper, Quality Assurance, Press Releases, and Marketing Strategy (Documents available) - which led us to winning the innovator of the year (2019) in Germany: https://world-technology-leaders.com/world-technology-leader-award-winner-2019/innovator-of-the-year-aaa-efficiency/ 2020-2022: Co-founder of an ongoing STO - www.marianamining.com - My partner and myself have done everything in regards to the crypto mining STO - and also have a vast portfolio of contacts both investors and professionals within the industry

I am open to interesting new projects, both full-time and part-time, depending on the project. I am based in Montenegro, so remote roles only. I have expertise in crypto mining (immersion cooling), Securities and associated laws across the globe in over 30 jurisdiction, especially in FINMA and SEC regulated regions. Critical thinker and problem solver - the role should correspond to these traits, as it is where I can add the most value. Bonus if I can potentially invest in the company.

My references, diploma, and project documents are available upon request. Best regards, ----- Seferovic
