What makes me great?- I will try to do it shortly in three facts of my professional career:
- Just remember the biggest disco ball, that you have ever seen. Ok? And now imagine a big concrete mixer car which were made from 20 000 pieces of glass(10x10 cm) and became a disco ball on our night music festival as a part of promo campaign and main installation. Everything from idea to implementation was on my team;
- What can be done to increase pizza sells per month: discount, actions or presents,- it may work, but I find here something that devalues labor of every person in company. So we decided to make a collectable pizza packages and change the design on different holidays and collaborations. Due to it we increase by 30% the company sales.
- In one year our company has opened 6 branches in three cities of Ukraine without any bank loans and third party investments. We used only money that company generate. It all worked really great and we were market leaders... Until the war in Ukraine has started.
That is why I am now looking for next challenge.
