My blockchain development, DAO, DeFi, civic government, and writing experiences have primed me to be a valuable contributor to back-end dApp development in the EVM ecosystem. I am looking to advance the decentralized coordination movement with a public goods focus. I am a most passionate advocate for new ways of human coordination.
For five years I worked in mechanical engineering, but it was too equipment-based. I learned I needed more human-focused work. I taught myself writing and have been nominated by a film festival for a screenplay. I've worked in film and live events and was a city plan review supervisor, where I found my passion for human coordination. With my diverse background, I have a very unique, versatile, and holistic perspective that is valuable to every rung of the ladder.
I have since taught myself blockchain development with a focus on the Solidity/Hardhat/Ethers.js/Mocha/Chai/Javascript/React/Next.js/Node.js stack. I have now deployed two MVP projects to testnets: a Universal Basic Information Dashboard system for DAOs and cities, as well as an automated payroll app. As a third portfolio project, I am currently working on a NFT system contract that manages fan gating, interaction, and release specifics for an upcoming creative series.
I think it is an absolute travesty that NFTs and the like have to this point been mainly used for speculation or as in-crowd profile pic bragging. There needs to be far fewer humans working on financial and meme blockchain products and many more working on governance, coordination, and novel mechanisms we can't even think of right now. I aim to be a part of the latter.
I'm a Blockchain engineer specialized in solidity smart contract development. I have been contributing to contract development and protocol design for several DeFi, NFT, Gamify, and DAO projects. I mainly worked as a solidity developer, but also have good experience with working as a dev team lead, tech advisor, protocol and tokenomics designer. I always love to learn new things and wanna grow experience in L2 technologies now.
I have more than 20 years of technical experience with software development in different business areas using various technology platforms, such as .NET, C#, J2EE, Quarkus, Spring Boot, Node.js, Java, Typescript/Javascript, Angular, React etc.
Since the end of 2018, my interest in blockchain technology has increased and I started to study it, focused my master's degree research on automatic generation of unit tests for Truffle projects. Since then, I've been applying all the subjects I study on a project of my own in order to validate concepts and put all the knowledge in practice. I'm making use of Hardhat, Waffle, Ethers.js, Solidity 0.8 and Openzeppelin library on the backend/on-chain, including patterns and techniques related to upgrade and clone smart contracts and measures to prevent from the security issues. On the frontend, I've been working with Angular and the Web3.js library. I'm also making use of different solutions of CI/CD, for now Circle CI and Github Actions, which includes the Slither to static analysis.
I'm aware that there is a long path to become the Web3 professional that I want to be and I have as the next steps of my learning path: explore techniques for transactions' cost reduction, governance related patterns; best use of Manticore, Echidna, Mythril and other tools for quality assurance; IPFS; oracle solutions beginning by Chainlink; solutions of layer 2 like Arbitrum, zSync and Polygon ZK solutions ... well ... it's a long path, but I'm excited to go through.
I have experience with swaps, programmed smart contracts for BroccoliSwap, uploaded modified versions of yield farming, and my version of a limited stake master.
I worked using trufflesuite, mocha/chai, now im using hardhat framework & waffle
Im open to freelance works, with a 20% prepaid, depending on the time needed

Over the last decade, I have been able to become a thought-leader in the brand activation space. I have also found success connecting brands with millennial influencers and the multicultural consumer base. In 2017 I joined Beam Suntory as the Multicultural Sales Manager, in which my role required me to create culturally relevant sales campaigns to build awareness and drive sales. After my first full year in the position, I saw a 28.4% growth in volume, through my collaborative sales approach with local and national sales teams, along with creative and production agencies. The Grammys were held in New York in 2018, and I was responsible for the production and build-out bars, along with consumer activation areas at events for major recording artists. Being aware that our brands should be aligned with cultural moments is what separated me from my peers and has allowed me to champion and amplify Beam Suntory brands within the East Region. I then transitioned to the Multicultural Marketing Manager and Regional Brand Manager for Makers Mark. In this role, I have created programs that have driven our brands to the top in my market. At the end of 2018 and 2019, I have produced 40+ % volume growth with Makers Mark and a 244% growth in sales for Courvoisier in Metro NY. In 2020, a campaign that I worked in executing alongside with Def Jam Records won Beam Suntoryโs Global Brand of 2019 award. This award highlighted the 18 city tour to highlight our brand and emerging rap artists.
During my time at MillerCoors I worked as a Key Account Manager in New York City. During these two years I saw a 13.1% growth in my market; which was a product of my consulting with accounts on the trends in their business. After my first year I was named in the top 10 Sales reps in the Eastern region. Part of my role was to plan and execute large local activations for 3,000+ attendees such as; Gameday tailgates with the NY Giants and Yankees, as well as festivals like EDC New York and Afro Punk. I thrive in environments where time constraints are present and specific objectives are mandatory. Through years of education and work experience I have developed strong written and verbal communication skills, which allows me to function effectively when having to function with multiple teams.
Though my background focuses on multicultural consumers, I also have 5+ years in building campaigns geared to the general market. In 2005, found Soiree promotions which was based in Tallahassee, FL focused on the 3 major colleges there. During the first five years working with the company I worked with music venues and nightclubs on creating programming calendars for the year. With over 54,000 college students being in the city at the time; our focus was on the general market when it came to any sales and communication strategies. In 2011, I switched my companies focus to concerts and worked with others to build a two year concert series featuring acts such as; Lil Wayne, J Cole, Future, and Nas. During this time frame I took a break from spear heading brand communications and focused on partnerships and event logistics. During 2012, Soiree was restructured and renamed to Society Global (daysnatchers.com) and the focus shifted on party experiences that could be duplicated and thrown through out the country. That is where Carpe Diem was formed and through partnerships with brands such as; Crown Royal, Pepsi, Ciroc, Bel Aire Rose, and Don Julio, Dusse, Courvoisier, and Effen. We have been able to attract over 200,000 unique impressions per event online and also over 1,200 paid guests for each event. Through the years I have learned that in order for a consumer to fully commit to a brand they must interact with it in a manner that is relevant to their lifestyle; and that is an ability I am most proud of.
In 2013, found a digital media firm called Alien Astronauts. AA creates high quality content for brands and artists around the world. With partnerships in cities from London to LA; AA has been able to expand our reach very quickly. We have created content for large brands such as; Crown Royal, Makers Mark, Courvoisier, Bel Aire Rose, Jim Beam, Hornitos, and Pepsi. Being that my passion will always be creating unique experiences, AA launched a travelling Art exhibit called โWaffles and Brewsโ that has attracted talented artist from all over the South. Alien also has an ambassador program that consists of 15 creative individuals along the East Coast that create content explicitly for Alien Astronauts and our clients. Alien Astronauts has recently expanded into the Metro NYC area and our focus has been on photographers and videographers.
Though I have explored a number of fields of work, I have always been drawn to doing computational analyses, research and data science. I first discovered this passion when I conducted research after graduating college. Through this experience, I gained a unique set of skills that sets me apart from other data scientists. I improved my programming skills and data analysis techniques, but I also learned a lot about various methods of research design, preparing data visualizations and completed work to a variety of audiences, working with teammates in other specialities and so on. Since that experience, I have deepened my knowledge and experience greatly in regards to statistical analysis, machine learning models and algorithms, and database utilization. I have also taken steps towards developing the skills of DevOps engineer, working with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, bash scripting and more. Because of this very unique compilation of skills and experience, I think I would bring great new perspectives to the Digital Assets Data team and help contribute to its innovative success.
