I was interested in custom ROMs available for android devices. I liked the UI changes done in different ROMs this made me grow my interest in Android app development. I've developed some basic applications by watching YouTube tutorials which helped me to get an Android developer job in a small start-up company named Tricky global solutions Pvt ltd. I learned a lot about UI designs, the validation process, and a few more skills that I didn't have before. I worked there for about a year. As I was interested in the UI part of the process I thought of switching my career related to that. I did some research and came to know about the UI/UX designer role and attended a few workshops to know more about this field. As I was interested in the role I enrolled in the Google UX designer course in Coursera and completed a few certificate courses. As I felt a need for a mentor to find my mistakes I took a Product design course at SOAL. Recently I completed the course and was searching for a good opportunity to showcase my skills.
I'm a passionate person and I always reach my target. I've started to work in a furniture company while I was finishing the University. I entered as replacement for a maternity in the back office and after few months I proved my skills to the CEO and designer of the company, so I moved in his office, starting a new career.
In recent years I have also taken charge of Lagostudio, the creative hub that brings together professional and non-professional designers from all over the world. I took care of the selection, organization and management of the workshops.
I like to experiment and use creativity to find ingenious solutions to the problems that face me. I define myself as a person with his head in the air, to never stop dreaming, but with his feet on the ground, to be realistic and concrete.
I have always had a predisposition for social networks and their management.
Currently I’m managing 5 in different sectors.
Finally, I like everything related to IT, like graphic or modeling programs.
In last years, I started a passion for the crypto world , NFTs and Metaverse so I’m studying web design and metaverse modeling programs. In the future I’m interested in programming.
Lately I’m dedicating a lot to my Instagram and Twitter channels, to create content.
This is my story until today. What does the future hold for me? Let's discover it
I have been studying price charts from more than past 4 years. Recently I have also opted for GFMP course from Bombay Stock Exchange . It is now over a year working in crypto space. It's amazing voltality caught my attention and made me it's fan. I have also in firm as a Research analyst dealing in cryptocurrency space . Used to bring them safu staking platforms and gave them portfolio recomendations. On top of this ,I believe that my patience and multitasking skills are second to none , and these would go a long way in helping the company. Also having attended various workshops of India's top analysts and intraday traders like Kunal Saraogi and Ashwani Gujral. I also have good knowlege of analyzing OI.
I am one of the Concordium Testnet 3 participants, Concordium discord OG and managing Concordium Turkish Twitter account. Managed the community from 0 followers to +1,220 followers. Now Turkish community is biggest local community at Concordium.
Also I have Medium page sharing a content about adaptation of crypto(Turkish). (daoliberal.medium.com/) As you can see, my username is DAOliberal. I'm an enthusiast and have 2 different angles to build a community for Concordium. First of them as I explained at Concordium Leaders Google Meeting, its about University blockchain clubs. They are my focus groups. Organizing workshops, creating content about Rust lang and building projects on Concordium.
Second topic is DAOliberal which is about future of companies and DAO's are my focus groups. I have twitter, medium, telegram username's and bought a domain. Already planning a campaign step by step; videos, articles, events and Concordium is a perfect entry point with regulatory compliance and academic approach. This job is great match for my background and future plans with Concordium. If you are interested in, you know where to find me.

In that position my role was scheduling and leading workshops and presentations at high schools in Eastern PA, Delaware and Southern New Jersey. Following the pandemic, I was given the additional responsibility of screening students, conducting entrance interviews and scheduling students for virtual workshops and tours. During my time there I interviewed over 1,000 students and assisted them through the college application process.
In addition to my experience, I have several skills that are positive attributes to this position. I am comfortable performing a wide range of tasks. Dear Swix DAO Team,
I am pleased to apply for the position of Solidity Engineer, in response to the announcement I found on your CryptoJobsList.com. Having my values aligned with your company’s vision of innovating world-wide mobility, I am confident that as a passionate Solidity developer I can successfully contribute to your company’s goals.
In my work on Solidity Smart Contract architecture in the past 10 months I have been focused on yield farming optimisation. I have an in-depth understanding of the current DeFi ecosystems, including commonly used design patterns, e.g. MasterChef contracts, ERC20 and ERC1155 token standards implementations and yield farm exploits.
I am familiar with both Hardhat and Truffle development environments. I have created extensive unit test suites using mocha as well as used tools like Slither or Manticore to provide more complete test coverage. I feel comfortable integrating smart contracts with the existing frontend using web3 and have studied and used many gas optimisation strategies, taking into account factors such as variable size, needs of conversion for mathematical operations, structs packing or reusing variables versus code readability.
Working with Crypto Copy Pros I have participated in creating and deploying effective content strategies, content marketing articles and educational campaigns, researching technical documentation and working closely with the clients to create content plans aligned with their business goals. I have also been running blockchain and cryptocurrency educational workshops in Aarhus, all in English.
As a traveller with command of 7 languages I can closely relate to your company’s goal of recreating the understanding of mobility and home ownership. It is something that in my opinion is an important step forward towards a truly global economy and I would like to see myself contribute towards such a future.
Attached you will find my CV, which further details my skills and qualifications. I look forward to discussing with you how I can add values to your company.
Kind regards,
Jędrzej SIlczak

Hey Team Merlin,
I'm , I have been a holistic marketeer for 4 years (events & digital media & community) for brands in India.
I find blockchain technology fascinating because of it's nature, it is impactful and beneficial for society. As we’re still in the early stages of this technology, I'd like to be a part of building this promising future.
I believe it's important for brands to be active & aggressive on all social media platforms sharing company updates, partnership announcements, host a weekly engagement campaign & more practices as such,
I found the crypto audience/investors/clients to be very curious about learning & are very cautious about what they invest in or who they like to be involved with, this effort builds stronger brand connection/trust to anyone involved.
There are other ways in social media strategies that can help build more engagement & community. Few trending platforms like clubhouse, discord, reddit & telegram channels are good resources, sharing informative content as crypto is still new to the majority of people, hosting interesting workshops on behalf of clients, podcasts to attract crypto enthusiasts, partnerships with crypto exchanges for giveaways, airdrops etc have helped tremendously for companies, I was wondering if the team has thought about this ?
I'm still very new to this but I believe my fascination for this technology and my marketing experience gained over the years can bring some value to the company.
Thank you for your time.

After discovering investment, as a passion of mine in 2012, during university and becoming an ACCA chartered accountant in 2015. Bitcoin, in 2017, not only was an interest turned into insane passion of mine but also an asset that put me down a rabbit hole on many topics of study including, philosophy, psychology, history, economics (Austrian school of thought) and many others. Introducing me to people like Tone Vays who I have been watching religiously for 4 years straight and attended his workshop in Malta and I am happy to say that I am a consistently profitable trader with marginal losses, where those losses are always my mistake. I can mention all the authors i have read and podcasts / audibles i have listened to to develop my art of trading but maybe we can talk more in an interview. Bitcoin has allowed me the freedom to think ahead but remain in the present. I believe I can be a great fit for your need and am very willing to discuss further in an interview. My go to indicators is the Heikin-Ashi and Tom De Marc sequential numbers. Have a great day/evening. Andrew.
