My story starts with me studying Mechanical Engineering as an undergrad to now managing an investment team that has secured over $25M worth of funding from banks, investors, and grant programs. I studied Mechanical Engineering for my undergraduate degree so I could follow my interests at the time but towards the end of the program, I knew that engineering wasn't for me. When I graduated I was offered a position in Business Development at a solar energy developer which I took and managed to secure over $25M worth of new business for the company while also managing and growing the commercial pipeline. A few years into my Business Development career, I wanted a new challenge and I moved to the Investment team where I am now a Senior Investment Analyst who manages a team that is responsible for securing funding from banks, investors, and grant providers to finance high CAPEX investments. 3 years in and $25M worth of funding later, I'm looking for a new challenge and to follow my current passion of Web3. I have been in the ecosystem for half a decade and I am looking to become a builder and not just a participator.
