I jumped down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, fully, in 2017, and joined Africa's largest crypto exchange (in 2018) and was part of the People team that scaled the company to what it is now (over 1k employees globally).
The crypto market doesn't sleep, but we do. So, I'm interested in making Recruitment and/or People Operations better, so that people can do what they need to.
