I've spent the last few years doing something unusual for a Finance Director at Mastercard: building crypto frameworks, structuring deals with blockchain-native companies, and making the call to exit a major crypto exchange partnership when the risk outweighed the reward.
That's not a typical payments story. And that's exactly the point.
I'm a Finance Director with 20+ years of experience in deal strategy, financial modeling, and commercial negotiations across Latin America and North America. Today, I sit at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets — and I want to go deeper.
At Mastercard, I built the LAC Crypto Framework from scratch: a deal dashboard and guidelines that became a standard ELT reporting tool across the region. I've led deal reviews for Binance, MercadoPago, Nubank, and other digital asset players — navigating the regulatory, financial, and strategic complexity that these partnerships involve.
And I completed executive education in Blockchain in Business at Columbia Business School to make sure my understanding of the technology matched my deal-making experience.
Beyond deals, I've been part of Belle Block — a community focused on bringing more women into crypto, Web3, and digital assets. It's where I see the future of finance being built, and I want to be part of building it.
My background: → Deal structuring & negotiation (including $3.6B Nubank Americas deal at Mastercard) → Crypto & digital asset deal frameworks for LAC → Revenue management & financial modeling → People leadership & team development across Brazil, North LAC, and the US → Two US-based roles: Mastercard (Miami) and Delta Air Lines (Atlanta)
I'm based in Miami, authorized to work in the US (EAD), and actively exploring opportunities in digital assets, fintech, and payments where deal strategy and financial leadership matter.

I have only two regrets with BTC: sold satoshis and those didn't buy.
