This is a full-stack ownership role spanning opportunity identification, solution design, deployment, governance, and capability transfer. This global role will require you to work strategically to “automate everything” while building Compliance’s data driven machine across multiple jurisdictions and products (e.g. crypto, payments, futures, equities, custody, margin). Responsibilities span the following areas:Design and deploy AI-powered Compliance solutions<ul><li>Architect and build agentic workflows using n8n, Claude API, Python, and MCP that take real actions in Compliance processes with appropriate human oversight and approval gates.</li><li>Design and deliver solutions across priority Compliance use cases: alert pre-screening, case narrative generation, regulatory change summarization, EDD report drafting, and audit-ready documentation.</li><li>Build scalable, automated analytics solutions that deliver high-quality, repeatable risk insights for Compliance leadership and regulators.</li><li>Apply AI-enabled techniques for text analysis, transaction pattern recognition, and workflow automation to surface actionable signals from high-volume data.</li><li>Build error handling, audit trails, regulatory-calendar awareness, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints into every production system before deployment.</li><li>Ensure all automations comply with data classification requirements for customer PII, regulated financial data, and cross-jurisdictional privacy obligations including GDPR and applicable AML data retention rules.</li></ul>Own governance and risk for Compliance AI systems<ul><li>Classify all automation builds by risk tier before work begins. No build goes to production without a named Process Owner, documented data flows, access controls confirmed, and regulatory impact assessed.</li><li>Maintain audit logging and documentation for all systems touching regulated data, SAR workflows, or sanctions-adjacent processes.</li><li>Halt or redesign builds that introduce unacceptable regulatory, legal, or data privacy risk. Own that decision and secure organizational acceptance before proceeding.</li><li>Serve as the Compliance domain representative in contributing to governance standards, model risk management, and cross-functional build alignment across the Automate Everything initiative.</li></ul>Multiply the Compliance team's capability<ul><li>Produce documentation, workflow templates, and runbooks that Compliance professionals can use and maintain without technical support.</li><li>Train Compliance team members on AI-assisted tools and workflows deployed in production. Drive adoption, not just delivery.</li><li>Track and report on automation impact: alert review time reduced, case throughput increased, regulatory report cycle time shortened, and analyst capacity unlocked for higher-risk work.</li><li>Act as a force multiplier for the Compliance team, enabling investigators and analysts to focus on high-judgment, high-risk decisions through process, technology, and AI enablement.</li></ul><h3>Skills you should HODL</h3><ul><li>8+ years of experience in Compliance operations, financial crime, regulatory technology, or a combined compliance and technical role with demonstrated senior-level execution.</li><li>Strong fluency with AI and workflow automation tools, with demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and driving adoption of AI solutions within Compliance or RegTech workflows.</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered or automated workflows in a production environment used by others, not just experimentation.</li><li>Deep working knowledge of anti-financial crime (e.g. AML/CFT, sanctions, transaction monitoring systems), capital markets compliance (e.g. sales and trading, market conduct, transaction surveillance, conflicts management) and data privacy frameworks.</li><li>Systems thinker with a strong implementation mindset -- able to move from discovery to design to build to deployment to optimization without relying on external consultants.</li><li>Proficiency with AI tooling stack: n8n, Python, Claude API/Anthropic SDK, or equivalent. Experience connecting Compliance systems via API is required.</li><li>Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous compliance questions into clear, actionable, automated analysis.</li><li>Solid understanding of data classification, customer PII handling, and cross-jurisdictional compliance obligations including GDPR, BSA, FATF standards, and applicable AML data retention requirements.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. AI Agents Solutions Architect - Compliance

<h3>Who we are looking for </h3>
We are seeking a Treasury Manager, one of the key roles in the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing treasury policy (both fiat and crypto) and wallets management policy, managing our crypto and fiat liquidity, managing relationships with our banks, ensuring effective payment processes in the group, and making sure there's treasury reporting in place.

<li>Design and implement treasury management policy for both crypto and fiat. Treasury management includes also wallets management policy and liquidity management to make sure we adhere to our treasury policy landmarks.</li>
<li>Run, support and enhance payments process (both crypto and fiat).</li>
<li>Manage our treasury risks (both crypto and fiat).</li>
<li>Manage relationships with banks for companies within the group.</li>
<li>Ensure timely treasury reporting.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and advice to the organisation on treasury management</li>
<li>Implement relevant controls around treasury</li>
<li>Work with financial reporting team on Big4 audits and audit-related engagements (where treasury aspects are involved)</li>

<li>Deep knowledge and extensive experience in setting up crypto treasury and related processes</li>

<li>Strong technical overall knowledge of crypto</li>
<li>Proven strong track record in successful treasury management both in fiat and crypto (4 years min)</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding how to manage working with fiat and crypto-firendly banks, including KYC/AML procedures</li>
<li>Proven strong track record in setting and running payments process (both fiat and crypto)</li>
<li>Experience in providing guidance and support to members and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward</li>

Treasury Manager

As the AMLCO & Senior Compliance Associate for Coinbase's Cyprus MiFID entity, you'll own Financial Crime Compliance (AML/CFT) while supporting the Head of Compliance in building and running the broader compliance program. The Compliance team ensures our Cyprus operations meet CySEC and EU regulatory expectations across AML/CFT, MiFID conduct, Market Abuse, and data protection, enabling the business to scale safely. You'll combine formal AMLCO responsibilities with hands-on second-line oversight of risk assessment, monitoring, policy governance, training, and regulatory engagement.Hybrid Role: Please expect to be remote 4 days per week and in-office on Wednesdays.What you'll do:<ul><li>Own all AMLCO deliverables for the Cyprus MiFID entity, including the Annual AMLCO Report, AML Risk Assessment, and periodic financial crime compliance reporting to senior management and the Board.</li><li>Lead second-line monitoring and testing across AML/CFT and broader conduct/compliance areas, documenting results, findings, and remediation actions for internal governance bodies.</li><li>Drive regulatory engagement with CySEC, the FIU, and competent authorities, coordinating responses to information requests, inspections, and thematic reviews.Partner with first-line teams to assess the effectiveness of onboarding, KYC/EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting controls, escalating gaps and driving remediation.</li><li>Build and maintain local compliance and AML/CFT policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with EU/Cyprus requirements (MiFID II, AMLD, MiCA) and group-level standards.</li><li>Support the Head of Compliance with day-to-day oversight, governance preparation, and key projects, serving as deputy during periods of absence.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience:<ul><li>4-6 years in compliance roles within Cyprus-regulated financial services, with direct AML/CFT and MiFID investment services exposure, including at least 2 years in senior-level positions.</li><li>CySEC Advanced and CySEC AML certifications held.</li><li>Demonstrated experience preparing AMLCO deliverables (Annual Reports, AML Risk Assessments) and executing second-line monitoring/testing programs.</li><li>Proven track record engaging with CySEC, the FIU, or external auditors through inspections, thematic reviews, or regulatory reporting cycles.</li><li>Hands-on experience drafting compliance policies and operating or overseeing AML/CFT frameworks within EU-regulated entities.</li><li>Fluency in English required; Greek language proficiency is a strong plus.</li><li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li></ul>Req ID: P76940#LI-RemotePay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below.
