<h3>Who we are looking for </h3>
<p>We are seeking a Treasury Manager, one of the key roles in the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing treasury policy (both fiat and crypto) and wallets management policy, managing our crypto and fiat liquidity, managing relationships with our banks, ensuring effective payment processes in the group, and making sure there's treasury reporting in place.</p>

<h3>You will </h3>
<ul>
<li>Design and implement treasury management policy for both crypto and fiat. Treasury management includes also wallets management policy and liquidity management to make sure we adhere to our treasury policy landmarks.</li>
<li>Run, support and enhance payments process (both crypto and fiat).</li>
<li>Manage our treasury risks (both crypto and fiat).</li>
<li>Manage relationships with banks for companies within the group.</li>
<li>Ensure timely treasury reporting.</li>
<li>Provide technical guidance and advice to the organisation on treasury management</li>
<li>Implement relevant controls around treasury</li>
<li>Work with financial reporting team on Big4 audits and audit-related engagements (where treasury aspects are involved)</li>
<li>Work really closely with the finance team (and cross-functional teams as well) on achievement of set goals</li>
</ul>
<h3>You have </h3>
<ul>
<li>Deep knowledge and extensive experience in setting up crypto treasury and related processes</li>
<li>Deep knowledge and extensive experience working with wallets and making payments</li>
<li>Strong technical overall knowledge of crypto</li>
<li>Proven strong track record in successful treasury management both in fiat and crypto (4 years min)</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding how to manage working with fiat and crypto-firendly banks, including KYC/AML procedures</li>
<li>Proven strong track record in setting and running payments process (both fiat and crypto)</li>
<li>Experience in providing guidance and support to members and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.</li>
<li>Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward</li>
<li>Excellent leadership capabilities, result-driven, strategic mindset and outstanding communication skills</li>
<li>Fluent or native English</li>
</ul>

Treasury Manager

<p>As the<strong> AMLCO & Senior Compliance Associate </strong>for Coinbase's Cyprus MiFID entity, you'll own Financial Crime Compliance (AML/CFT) while supporting the Head of Compliance in building and running the broader compliance program. The Compliance team ensures our Cyprus operations meet CySEC and EU regulatory expectations across AML/CFT, MiFID conduct, Market Abuse, and data protection, enabling the business to scale safely. You'll combine formal AMLCO responsibilities with hands-on second-line oversight of risk assessment, monitoring, policy governance, training, and regulatory engagement.</p><p><em>Hybrid Role: Please expect to be remote 4 days per week and in-office on Wednesdays.</em></p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Own all AMLCO deliverables for the Cyprus MiFID entity, including the Annual AMLCO Report, AML Risk Assessment, and periodic financial crime compliance reporting to senior management and the Board.</li><li>Lead second-line monitoring and testing across AML/CFT and broader conduct/compliance areas, documenting results, findings, and remediation actions for internal governance bodies.</li><li>Drive regulatory engagement with CySEC, the FIU, and competent authorities, coordinating responses to information requests, inspections, and thematic reviews.Partner with first-line teams to assess the effectiveness of onboarding, KYC/EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting controls, escalating gaps and driving remediation.</li><li>Build and maintain local compliance and AML/CFT policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with EU/Cyprus requirements (MiFID II, AMLD, MiCA) and group-level standards.</li><li>Support the Head of Compliance with day-to-day oversight, governance preparation, and key projects, serving as deputy during periods of absence.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>4-6 years in compliance roles within Cyprus-regulated financial services, with direct AML/CFT and MiFID investment services exposure, including at least 2 years in senior-level positions.</li><li>CySEC Advanced and CySEC AML certifications held.</li><li>Demonstrated experience preparing AMLCO deliverables (Annual Reports, AML Risk Assessments) and executing second-line monitoring/testing programs.</li><li>Proven track record engaging with CySEC, the FIU, or external auditors through inspections, thematic reviews, or regulatory reporting cycles.</li><li>Hands-on experience drafting compliance policies and operating or overseeing AML/CFT frameworks within EU-regulated entities.</li><li>Fluency in English required; Greek language proficiency is a strong plus.</li><li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li></ul><p>Req ID: P76940</p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong> The target annual <strong>base</strong> salary for this position can range as detailed below.
